“We are incredibly grateful to the team at CARSTAR for truly exceeding our expectations throughout the entire repair process.
Not only did they get our vehicle looking and working the best it possibly could, but their attention to detail, communication, and customer care made such a difference. When an additional issue showed up, they took the time to explain it, support us through it, and make sure it was handled properly.
Their professionalism, honesty, and commitment to doing things the RIGHT way did not go unnoticed.
It’s rare to find a team that combines quality work with genuine care for their customers, and we are so thankful for the experience we had with them.
Highly recommend CARSTAR to anyone looking for a team they can truly trust.”
“I had some accident damage to my truck. The staff at GEB Collision were very friendly and knowledgeable, helping to coordinate with my insurance company along the way. They were thorough with their initial assessment, giving me a 3-4 week time estimate. They finished it within the 3 weeks and the work was amazing, including a seemless paint blend. You cannot even tell I was in an accident!
Thank you for the amazing work, I would recommend their services if you ever need collision damage repairs.”
“Had a great experience with a transmission replacement. The pricing was extremely fair, work was done quickly, and there was excellent communication throughout the process. Furthermore, it is obvious that the staff at Certified Transmission take pride in their work, and care about their customers. Highly recommend!”

“Bill's collision did a fabulous job on my Jeep when I rear-ended somebody and smashed up the front end and when I got it back you couldn't tell that the car was ever in an accident the pain match paint matched and all of the things work properly and it's beautiful I suggest that you go there if you want any work done on your vehicle cuz not only do they do a good job their prices are fabulous”
“Derrick was great to work with. Explained what could and could not be done and why. Came in for a tint strip at the top of my beater civic for some Uber deliveries in my spare time because the sun has been brutal while trying to navigate. It looks great and they got me in and out in probably 15 minutes. Fast and great service. Would consider bringing in my blackwing caddy here, which I'm very picky about, so hopefully that says something — would recommend.”
“Fantastic job by the crew at the waterford location. Jenn was great to work with on the phone and I dont remember who actually installed the windshield on my car, but they did a great job. Fast and professional!”
“I brought the team at Kar Kraft an old racecar that hasn't had straight body panels in a long time and they were able to get everything aligned and straight for a very fair price. I'll be coming back to them”
“The team here goes above and beyond with customer satisfaction and attention to detail on the vehicle. I will be recommending this body shop to anyone who asks. My car was given back to me looking brand new after it was rear ended. I highly recommend Gerber Collision in Commerce. Joe, Dave and Jerry were fantastic to work with.”

“Had had an issue with the work that was done by Milford glass. I did get in touch with Bethany and she sent her service man out and he did try to resolve the issue so I’m hoping that the problem will be solved. I appreciate them getting back to me so I would recommend them.”
“Bridget was great! Awesome customer service and knows what they need to get the car back on the road. Give them a call for your next collision repair, They will not let you down!”

“I went to bell tire in white Lake on M-59 it was there for 6 1/2 hours they never called me. I called them When they didn’t call me they said their air compressor broke down. So when I picked up my truck. I asked the person there how long the compressor has been down they since yesterday I asked why didn’t you tell me when I took my truck for my appointment the person said they should’ve told me so I took my truck to Belle Tire in Waterford on Dixie Highway in Waterford They took me right in fixed in a my truck in a couple hours. Did a great job Bell tire in Waterford was great I will definitely go back there, but the Belle Tire in White Lake I will never have anything to do with again I definitely recommend the Belle Tire in Waterford, but not the One White Lake.
