It is very difficult for me to find good shoes that work well for me. She listened to what I was looking for in a shoe. She observed me and the issues my feet presented. She made some great suggestions, but unfortunately I did not purchase from fleet feet because none of their stores in the area had what I needed based upon my time constraints. In a world where customer service does not seem to exist anymore, it is so refreshing to work with someone like Miriam, who is customer focused and truly wants what is best for the individuals needs and is not just there to make a sale. “Genuinely one of the best shoe experiences I have ever had. I originally came in for a pair of oofos and unfortunately they didn't sell them. She did however sell shoes that helped with similar issues and had me take a seat. She measured my foot and then told me to hang tight. She came back with 4 boxes of shoes and I was genuinely shocked. All of them where a perfect fit and I walked out with a perfect pair of shoes the Brooks ghost max. I unfortunately didn't get her name but on my receipt it says T. Thanks again will be back soon”

“Thank you to the team at this location. I called looking for my son the white Air Force ones. Initially, I was told they didn’t have anymore. Disappointing but understandable due to this being a popular shoe. Plus, I’m looking for it the day before Easter. However, just a few minutes later a salesperson called me back to inform me that they found a pair and to come pick them up. I appreciated them doing that. It made my whole day. It was a small gesture but it meant a lot.”
