“I have custom shoe needs for playing the pipe organ. I have used Tony's to make 5-6 custom pair of organ shoes for me, and they have all turned out great. I typically purchase an older style jazz dance shoe with a leather sole, and then I have Tony's remove the old heel, in order to replace it with a taller heel. This heel is a custom height to work better with the pedalboard. These shoes have worked out great, and I have occasionally used Tony's to make minor repairs. I highly recommend them.”

She began to explain detailed differences between products with expertise and professionalism. She was helpful, listened to my questions and provided exemplary service. I advised her teammates and the senior staffer how I appreciated her customer service!!! In a world of average, be the best, be like Meeka Adams!!!😻😎🤩”
“I was there 5/16/2026 on a Saturday afternoon. I just want to commend the woman whose name I sadly didn’t get for her honesty.
She could have just dispassionately sold me the 2 shirts and belt I picked out but she engaged us in conversation and told me about how the type shirts I had selected fit more slim than the other kind they sell and offered to let me try them on. They didn’t fit and I left after buying only the belt but armed with new knowledge!

“I was at the store today and I was having trouble finding the right shoes. An employee named Meralis helped me and she didn't rush me. She was also helping other people including speaking in Spanish to them, it was nice to see that she was able to help them given that they couldn't speak English well. I ended up getting two very nice pair of shoes and she was critical in me figuring that out since I'm not a very good shopper.”
