“The girls just had to have these shark slides and yesterday we found them in this cute little store, COLBYS Hokey Pokey Downtown Whitehall. Super nice and friendly staff and she told us they can’t keep them on stock because they fly off the shelves. Almost immediately after getting back to the lake house, one of the fins fell off one of the slides and we couldn’t find it. Our son didn’t get some but then had buyer’s envy so we went back today to see if he could settle on a pair. I casually mentioned the lost fin to the sales ladies to see if I could buy a replacement fin but then she goes “we can just replace the slides” and I said no she’s been wearing them non-stop. She then went to the front where the stock was, grabbed a pair of new slides, took the fin off of it and put it on my daughter’s slide like it was no big deal. I couldn’t believe it and was so appreciative. Only in a small town and maybe just in this small Michigan town. If you’re ever in Whitehall or Montague, MI please do stop and give them your business. “Hands down the best furniture buying experience ever - start to finish! Not sure how the clearance center has ever gotten a bad review. It took us months to decide on exactly what we wanted. Mark was extremely helpful, pulled down a couple of loveseats off the wall so we could sit in them. Gave him the selections of furniture we liked and gave him our budget. I wanted swivel chairs for the island to match the dining room set and he quickly got the catalog for me and showed me my options. He even ordered a Lazyboy couch for us from the regular store next door so we could only deal with one salesperson and one delivery. Custom pillows we selected for our couch came with the furniture and on time. We love all of our bedroom, dining room, and living room furniture. The delivery guys are a 5 star team as well. They took their shoes off each time they came in and out and were extremely careful of our home. Both were extremely friendly. Ask for Mark K you won't be disappointed.”
