What was exceptional was the customer support of the service department. In particular several advisors and a manager, with one service advisor who stood out.
Carissa provided excellent customer care during my service visit. She listened and noted a concern or two about my vehicle’s maintenance issues. She really excelled when I needed to return twice after completion of service as a result of two items the service tech did not accomplish. She handled both the reinstall of the 3M door handle protectors, and resetting the maintenance interval reminders.
She should be commended for her thorough action, genuine demeanor and respect for the customer. She provided exceptional service recovery and helped balance my negative opinion of the actual service work performed.”

“My son‘s 2013 Ford escape needed some bodywork after it suffered some front end parking lot damage. Being that an older car and my son was under the age of 21 I did not want to turn it into insurance. I was afraid they might total the car if there was more than a few thousand dollars worth of damage. Steve gave me an estimate for the repair and offered a cash discount since I was paying out-of-pocket. He and his team of shop guys did an excellent job on the car. He even fixed a couple smaller dents on the vehicle. They gave me a fair price and did excellent work. I was extremely happy with their service. I would highly recommend their body shop!!”

They're a small family owned shop, the owner Chris was upfront about pricing, turn around time and made sure to give me updates throughout the entire repair process. The quality of parts he was able to secure was top notch along with the required paint work.

“As someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars or car parts, I'm not sure how valuable my opinion will be...but I've had good experiences here the two times I have stopped in. The first time, my check engine light was on so I stopped in and an employee hooked my car up to a machine that told me what the problem was. The second time, I needed a new battery. They tested my battery and it indeed was bad, so I bought a new one and they installed it. Super easy access and convenient location. There is lots of parking. The store is organized and clean. AND most importantly they are honest and nice. If you need any car parts stop in an check them out. They can also add you to their email list where you get coupons.”
