“For the first impression of going there, I am happy to say that that was the best oil change and experience I ever got. I am a young female adult so it is a little difficult getting everything correct and how I need it but they were very patient and happy to answer any and all questions I had. As well as, explaining everything they did which I found very helpful and made them even more trustworthy of my vehicle. I will definitely be returning in the future. They also did not try to take advantage of me and my money and did not try to up sell me on anything and just was letting me know what was what and let me make the decision in the end.”

“I recently took my wife's Honda Odyssey to Bob's for new brakes and was so pleasantly surprised by their price and prompt service that I returned with my Explorer for a power steering issue. They gave me a quote and I called around to find that it was the best one in town. The repair wound up being less involved than quoted and so the price was actually considerably lower than expected. I appreciate that honesty as I had already agreed to a higher price. We will certainly return with future service.”
“The team here is nice and honest. I was getting warning messages on the dash of my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado. The anti lock brakes, cruise control, and stabillitrak weren't working. Brought it in and was told there would be a diagnostic fee then we'd go from there. They did pull some initial fault codes but the warnings/faults went away and didn't come back. They returned my vehicle and didn't charge me anything. Suggesting I bring it in again if the issue returns. They could easily have charged me but didn't. I'm definitely coming back when my vehicle needs any type of service!”

“Diagnostics from other shops told us it was the transmission and wasn't worth a fix. Norm let us know the same day we dropped it off that he wanted to try his hand at rewiring a lot of the systems before counting it out. He took his time and even drove her over a couple of days to ensure she ran a couple cycles before letting us have it back. The car runs great. Thank you, Norm!”

I wasn't there for too long as they worked fast and were efficient with my oil change and also replaced my air filter and tipped off my coolant. All in all the pricing was fair for everything i had done and I use this company and this location specifically as my go to for my car needs.....I would recommend this place if you need fast and efficient work done.”

“Absolutely amazing service center! Only place I take my car to get an oil change! They recently did a transmission flush and an antifreeze flush and they did a great job! No issues yet and they did it fast! Ask for Johnny if you go, he’s the man!”

“This is my go to place for an oil change. Joe always takes care of my car and is very helpful and honest. I needed an air filter and he showed me the dirty one that came out of my car and told me the replacement price. I think their prices are very reasonable.”

I went for oil/filter change and fixing a minor issue, the service was quick (1hr) and they even installed the 2x clamps I brought in personally to eliminate the rattling sound made by exhaust plate.. If you are looking for a service - Highly recommend this branch.”

Nick is very flexible with scheduling and contact methods, and did a very good job with my very bizzare used car despite it having alterations he's never seen before, and helped minimize the cost of repairs with things like second hand parts when requested. Also is very good when there are problems with previous repairs from them.”
