“Best Auto repair shop in South Lyon Area . Honest reasonable pricing. Extremely Knowledgeable with any Vehicle I have brought there in the past 37 years. Norm is personable and tells you what needs to be done. Willing to delay non essential repairs if your budget doesn't allow everything to be done at once. You may have to wait for repairs to be completed at times, but I usually drop off for repairs estimate and then bring the vehicle in when his schedule is not overwhelming and the repairs are usually completed in one day!”

Very impressed last purchase of tires and rim they charged me 260 dollars for sensors. Upon learning I brought my own sensors they refunded the already installed sensors and let me keep the ones I brought. True customer service. This is what keeps return customers. “Having lived within a couple miles of Spartan Tire & Auto since the 1990s, for some reason I waited until today to get some service done.
All I can say is I was amazed at how professional, friendly (which makes a yuge difference) and speedy these fellows are!
They also performed a multi-point inspection (for which they did not charge me) and texted a nifty link afterwards that included pictures of the maintenance issues photographed by the mechanic.
I don't like spending money; however, for all my future services, I definitely look forward to visiting this top-notch crew again!”
“Rich is a great, honest, helpful person,9 one can trust. We brought our daughters car in for a loud muffer/ exhaust leak. Asked Rich if it was possible to weld exhaust instead of replacing whole pipe. They did it perfectly! The car is as quiet as a mouse. Joe at the front desk makes it his priority that the job is done right. Nicholas, the store manager was checking on the progress of my repair as well. Went there two more times last month with other issues and the result was always the same - great job in the most reasonable time frame.
