I've had a Sam's Club membership for years, but compared to Costco, Costco seemed larger and have more selection of items. I'm most likely going to keep my Sam's membership too because they both have items I like.”
“You have to have a Costco membership to purchase this gas. You’ll need to insert your membership card before paying with debit or credit card (VISA only). Costco has the cheapest gasoline across the country so I don’t mind paying for the membership because it pays for itself in the long run”

This location is amazing! And the service is beyond wonderful! It is sad that I live 2 minutes from a location, yet have to drive an hour to get a decent Kroger.”
“Not the cleanest of Meijer stores. Disappointed today that the entire deli chicken area wasn't available to purchase. It was completely filled but none for sale. This location is always in disarray.

“I switched to this Walmart pharmacy from CVS and what a relief. CVS was becoming a headache for everything! Calls speaking to 4 pharmacists at 2 different locations over the duration of 2 weeks trying to figure out why I couldn’t refill my medication that had refills. I finally tossed in the towel and switched to here. What a night and day difference. They were so friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable and I had my medication ready within a couple of hours. Transferring was seamless. 5 stars, deserved. Thank you!”

I went to customer service to see if I could rectify my error after I was already rung up and in less than three minutes, Thomas corrected my mistake, I got the deal and walked out the door! He is incredibly efficient, customer service savvy and welcoming!”

“I swear I have wrote this review three times but it keeps disappearing. This is by far the best cvs in the Ann Arbor canton area. I have worked at many of them as a vendor and the employees at this cvs were always very nice and helpful. They still say hi to me years later. The managers are very nice especially Ryan, he makes this a great cvs. The pharmacy people have always been very helpful even though they are swamped with prescriptions. This cvs does not deserve to have this low of a rating. You may have to wait a minute for help but if you find them they are more than willing to help.”

“I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH MEIJER PHARMACY. I DO SEE SOME PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT HAVING TO WAIT OR HAVING TO CALL THEIR DOCTORS FOR REFILLS. SOME DOCTORS OFFICE'S WON'T ALLOW THEM TO REQUEST A REFILL THE PATIENT HAS TO CALL AND REQUEST IT. MY ENDOCRINOLOGIST OFFICE FOR EXAMPLE IS ONE OF THOSE OFFICES. I was in Kroger mid-afternoon (possibly during the late shift) and had been craving Brie. While browsing the cheese cooler/island, I noticed a basket of elevated specialty cheeses and stopped to take a look. A woman working that section approached me, and although I didn’t catch her name, she was incredibly friendly, insightful, and genuinely helpful.
She took the time to talk with me about different options, recommended the Double Cream Brie, and even showed me a Peruvian Pepper Jam to pair with it—something I probably wouldn’t have picked on my own. I’m currently munching on it, and it is absolutely delicious! The combination was perfect, and I ended up purchasing both.
I really just wanted to recognize the woman working that section. Her kindness, knowledge, and enthusiasm made my shopping experience memorable. Outstanding customer service and a true asset to the store. Thank you so much”

“The Brighton Walgreens has been a very good place for me to get the assistance I need with mine and my father’s prescriptions. My father’s are a bit tricky sometimes but the staff, whether in person or over the phone, has been extremely helpful. I know the wait time in person or on the phone can be long at times, and I feel like the associates could feel overwhelmed, but I have never had an associate seem the least bit impatient with me - it’s like I’m the first person they’ve had contact with that day.
The cashiers at the front end are always kind and courteous when I come in, and ready to help if I need them.
I love my Brighton Walgreens and will continue to recommend them.”
