“Great place to go and pick up the last-minute items before going on a road trip. Service was very friendly, and this store is very well laid out. There’s just enough inventory and plenty of space to move around and not have to bump into someone else. Parking is adequate here too.”
“Have been going here for decades. This new location is their 4th move in this area. Business has steadily grown over the yrs. Service & sales have always been excellent.They have now expanded to include a large spacious Ace Hardware franchise. Looked the new location over. They have a very large selection of hardware products. Appear to have also expanded their power equipment offerings. Have bought various power equipment over the yrs. Always recd very good sales & service. It's a very well managed business. Highly recommend them.”

“I recently had an early morning emergency situation with a disabled delivery vehicle. The only business renting vehicles that were open at that particular time was the Okemos Home Depot. I called the store and an employee working the customer service desk whose name is Marco answered the phone call. All I can say is, Home Depot is very fortunate to have found a person who understands excellent customer service! Keep up the fantastic work Marco and you will soon find yourself in a management position!!!”

I don't have any photos to share but I absolutely love the store. There's been a change recently and you can really see it not only in the customer service but in the products that they offer. And their staff knows a lot more about what they're selling than I think ever before. They do a phenomenal job of making recommendations for various projects that you're working on right down to offering different ideas. Their suggestions have literally saved me hundreds of dollars.”

“Staff is super knowledgeable and willing to assist as much or as little as you need. I've gone here many times, thinking I had everything I needed from home depot after watching YouTube videos. But, no, I always need one more thing like nuts and bolts, orange c9 bulbs, an 8ft ladder, outdoor faucet covers for winter, deck stain, etc. Do yourself a favor and start here with all your projects!?”
