“Great place to go and pick up the last-minute items before going on a road trip. Service was very friendly, and this store is very well laid out. There’s just enough inventory and plenty of space to move around and not have to bump into someone else. Parking is adequate here too.”
“I buy from this store frequently, in fact I go there first rather than a big box store. They have an extensive inventory and the staff is terrific--always ready to help and always have solutions for things I can't figure out. They're the best.”
“Have been going here for decades. This new location is their 4th move in this area. Business has steadily grown over the yrs. Service & sales have always been excellent. They have now expanded to include a large spacious Ace Hardware franchise. Looked the new location over. They have a very large selection of hardware products. Appear to have also expanded their power equipment offerings. Have bought various power equipment over the yrs. Always recd very good sales & service. It's a very well managed business. Highly recommend them.”
“Great place staff was great helped me find everything I needed and answered all my questions and I will be there again tomorrow ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️”
“Great place to browse, great selection, helpful, informative staff. Store is very clean and well organized. New improvements all the time. Changes in hours and open Sunday is very helpful. I believe in supporting local businesses and try to shop there as often as I can.”
“This is a branch of the TrueValue Hardware store next door. They have a good selection of larger tools and uncommon tools like comealongs, stump grinders, post hole diggers, and other machines.”
“The home depot, long-standing resource for every dyo project, from subsonic potato guns, counterflow still condensers to concrete stands for the computer screen. Knowleadgeable staff, good location, although I wish they had better signeage, I miss the right turn from East Grand River more often than not. You may still meet me here pretty much every other weekend day. Kids love the (occasional) free popcorn! Go Orange! Update: as great as they were.”
“I recently had an early morning emergency situation with a disabled delivery vehicle. The only business renting vehicles that were open at that particular time was the Okemos Home Depot. I called the store and an employee working the customer service desk whose name is Marco answered the phone call. All I can say is, Home Depot is very fortunate to have found a person who understands excellent customer service! Keep up the fantastic work Marco and you will soon find yourself in a management position!!!”
“As far as home improvement stores go...it's a good one. We certainly spend enough money here. Very helpful staff. Competitive prices. Medium grade good grade products. Usually find most of what we need.”

“Michaela was so helpful and made my experience so much easier going into the store and not knowing where the things I needed were at. She helped me locate the items and we had a good conversation. Will be back to this location for her!”
