“Very poor customer service. I purchased a pair of Danner boots. Paid over $200.00. Wore them twice over 7 days. Realized they are too wide for my foot. Went back to exchange them and were told they won't because the soles had dirt on them from being worn outside. I wore the boots inside and walked on my deck a couple times. Dirt is minimal at worst. If I purchased directly from Danner I get 30 days no questions asked. But I want to support local business.I wasn't looking for my money back just a fair exchange. I'd even pay more for the right boot. Their store policy isn't easily to find nor specific. Very disappointed as I've purchased boots here before. I won't any longer. The boots are in new condition. I wish I could attach pictures. Again choosing to support local business wasn't a good choice I guess. I'll just order from Danner directly from now on, unfortunately.Just an update...Met with Steve and he was more than helpful to rectify my issue. Very cordial and went out of his way to find me a pair of boots that fit correctly. Unfortunately I'll have to wait a little longer for a few pairs to come in. But the experience was great. I appreciate the understanding and help. Looking forward when order to comes in.”
