“We made a drive over from Portland to try to find a work boot solution for my crazy high arches and the resulting heel pain. I really enjoyed the experience and felt like the store was clean, organized, and offered a great selection. I can't say enough about Sharon and the time, effort, and patience she provided in getting it done. She did a fantastic job of managing the four or so families in the store, the phone calls, and me trying on half the store. I felt bad having her dig out so many boots and pack them all back up over and over but, she reminded us several times that she was there to help and it was absolutely never a problem. So we found a boot and some insoles, and had a good day doing it. THIS is why we need to buy local because if we don't, we won't have these kinds of places, people, and experiences.”
