“We were stormed into DSW last night in Lansing MI. I was beyond impressed with the professional and calm manner that the manager and her staff handled the tornado watch requiring them to put customers in the back of the store/hallway. They we even so kind as to fnd a couple snacks for my kids to help pass the time, providing seating and a safe comfortable environment in a scary situation. I unfortunately do not remember their names but I hope they are rewarded for their good job, above and beyond! Valuable employees who did not complain one bit. We will be back!”

“Love shopping here have shoes and clothing for the whole family . Prices are fair never had a pair of shoes fall apart the clothing hasn't ripped or faded yet . Id recommend shopping here for clothing and shoes . Staff is friendly greets you when u walk in . Will ask you in you need them to get something for you but aren't pushing you to buy anything you don't want too . I will continue to spend my money here on all my families clothing and shoes .
