“This is the typical United States postal Service office. They do sell shipping supplies at an exorbitant cost, considering it's a government-run entity you'd think the supplies would be at a discounted rate or even for that matter free since they are being shipped via their service.
As typical the rates were high but the service was impeccable, my package arrived exactly when they said it would.”
“I feel very blessed that this is my local post office. The people at the office and the mail carriers who deliver the mail go above and beyond what I expect. They care about their customers and I appreciate it! Thank you for all that you do.”
“The staff is amazing! I'm not sure why their rating is so low. I've always had professional and friendly service when I go in. When there are long lines and you've been waiting they always apologize for the wait. Great job!”

“I want t o give high praise to Deon who works at the Post Office in downtown Plymouth, Michigan . He always greets you with kind words and always takes the time to make you feel special. It is a small post office with only two people serving customers at the front counter and often Deon is there alone while the other employee is working in the back. Still Deon is up front to be the friendly employee to all who enter. I am 78 years old and thankful when I go to that often busy post office Deon is there. Kathy White”

He knew me by name when I walked in for my passport application, he took his time to help me ensure I wrote the proper check amount (since admittedly my generation doesn't write checks often), and he met me with lighthearted jokes! I was in and out within 15 minutes! What a wonderful man! I highly recommend this location!!”

“So the road commission blew out my mailbox plowing the roads on 12/10 and our mail did not get delivered. We had very important medication for our son in the delivery. The next day it again did not deliver. We went to the annex and the help we received was fantastic. We had our mail in 2 minutes. Thank you so much to whoever was working 12/12 Friday afternoon.”
