“We use to live in Amherstburg and loved our weekend shopping trip to the town shoppe. We have since relocated to Niagara Falls and still miss the shoppe. I bought a few things online for my husband and realized really quickly my mistake. I called the store and haylee was so helpful. She was so wonderful, refunding my money and helping me complete my transaction and making sure my refund was complete. I love this store and miss it so much.Thank you haylee for all your help. “This location has yet to disappoint me. Even on the busiest days you can get out of here pretty quickly. They usually always have my size and clothes and shoes. The customer service is always decent, there's a few people that will recognize me since I feel like I'm starting to become a regular there. Prices have definitely gone up at Old Navy, but so has the quality. I still think that they have some pretty decent sales especially during the holidays right now.”
“The store was clean and organized despite being under construction. Staff were present, professional, and helpful. This location has a good selection of big and tall items. I am usually able to find my husband's shirt size, which is not easy to do in most stores because he must have a tall.”
