“It was a great experience from Alec at the car rental ( who did a great job ) to the drop off person ( I don't know her name ) unfortunately. The time before this was through another car rental at Detroit Metro Airport they were absolutely horrible swore I would never use them again so this time I liked the reviews at Enterprise and went with Enterprise and what a good move that was.
I would highly recommend Enterprise to all who need a rental and believe me they are now my first rental car company.
Again thanks for your prices and speed and courteous people working for Enterprise.

“I had a great experience at National! I needed a rental because my car was in the repair shop and I needed to drive my elderly aunt for a surgery. I rented a minivan and drove it for a day and realized my aunt wouldn't be able to get into it safely because of her limited mobility. National readily agreed to let me make a swap. I got a vehicle with a more manageable entry for my aunt and was very satisfied with the assistance I got. Everyone I spoke to wass courteous, friendly and helpful.”

“The manager at this location is a very awesome she was very professional, she had a customer that had me concerned for her safety. When I say she spoke with care didn’t speak down to this lady gave her the up most respect. I pulled her to the side and asked if she was okay did she need me call for help because I didn’t want the lady to try and attack her. It was very clear something was wrong with the customer.

“A few weeks before needing it, I reserved a compact SUV from the Middlebelt Rd Budget Car Rental for a week long vacation. When I arrived to pickup on a Thursday morning (this location opens at 7AM during the week), they had plenty of cars in their lot and there was no line inside. The agent was on the phone but quickly ended his call to assist me. He was welcoming, friendly, and took care of me quickly. He added another driver with no problem (they were present with ID) and walked us outside to show us the vehicle. He had us do a walk around and sign a form showing there was no damage to the vehicle and I was on my way.The car itself was in the same class as I had reserved, was washed, cleaned, and had no smell on the inside. It was a great vehicle with 30K+ miles and performed as expected.The return went just as nicely with a different gentleman assisting the drop off. Again - there was no line, he was friendly, courteous, and provided a receipt for the drop off, and thanked me.Both customer service interactions as well as an excellent vehicle experience has put this Budget location on my list for future rental car needs. Great job!”

The process was slow but the lady did an amazing job working alone. I waited a little over an hour because of the long line. The car was great and the price was great. Please give the lady a raise and assistance at the front desk.”

Employees go above and beyond as I witnessed them handling simultaneous requests (solely) such as answering the calls, dealing with the customers standing in the line and handling returns. Keep it up guys ?. Although I am an Emerald Executive at National, going forward this location would be my favorite as well.”
