“I always have a good time in any Mark's I visit. Usually I'm only in there for new works boots when they're on sale at 1/3rd off. The first lady showed me to the right boots and was kind and helpful.I tried on size 9, too small, I tried on size 9.5 too small, tried on size 10 and by this point the second lady was cleaning the floor and asked if I needed any assistance. She was also kind and helpful. Size 10 felt good but then tried on size 10.5 and that was the perfect fit. A little wiggle room for thicker socks and to account for feet swelling as it happens normally hroughout the day.We all had a bit of a chat at the counter and it just makes the whole transaction that bit more enjoyable. So thank you to the 2 kind ladies for taking care of me! God bless.”
“Wanted to get my little guy to build a board for his birthday. I was unsure about going to Zumiez vs a local skate shop and was afraid we would end up with someone disinterested and inpatient. We got so lucky when Jacob greeted us from start to finish Jacob walked my son through the process of picking out his equipment to letting him help assemble it within a budget with extra patience. “We use to live in Amherstburg and loved our weekend shopping trip to the town shoppe. We have since relocated to Niagara Falls and still miss the shoppe. I bought a few things online for my husband and realized really quickly my mistake. I called the store and haylee was so helpful. “Recently one of my ship to store order was sent to Macy's Southland store in error. It would have taken me over an hour each way to drive to this store to pick up the order. I was able to reorder one item in my order while the other item in the order was sold out. I contacted the store and left a message with the contact I was given, Elizabeth (Administration office?). Elizabeth called me back the same day and was very pleasant. She went above and beyond to ensure I would get my order. I received my order today. Thank you Elizabeth and the Macy Southland team!!”

“I called up to the store today, checking in on an online order, to make sure it was still there. I was late at picking it up due to an unforseen surgical procedure. I spoke with Fernanda who was very kind, patient, pleasant, and informative. She even let me know what time she would be there until today, so that I could ask for her directly. I'm posting this review because I don't believe great sales associates, such as Fernanda, get enough recognition. Let's face it, customers can be very rude, so positive employee morale makes a difference! I work for an employer where we've ranked #1 in customer service satisfaction for many years now. “This location has yet to disappoint me. Even on the busiest days you can get out of here pretty quickly. They usually always have my size and clothes and shoes. The customer service is always decent, there's a few people that will recognize me since I feel like I'm starting to become a regular there. Prices have definitely gone up at Old Navy, but so has the quality. I still think that they have some pretty decent sales especially during the holidays right now.”

“I was coming to Detroit for an interview and my suit was left behind in Portland. I was so lucky to have Bhavana there to help me in picking out something. She bent over backwards to get me exactly what I needed and she did it when the store was close to closure. Usually you feel sort of rushed and like they want you to leave when a store is about to close but she was just interested in getting me exactly what I needed. Because of her I got the job and I will be back. Extremely impressed. Prices were good for the quality. The shirt and pants are comfortable and very nice.”
“Michelle was amazing, I’m not a color Coordinator type Person, but Michelle came up, asked you what color my shirt and boots were, I told her and she picked out a perfect pair of pants. “I ordered some tank tops (they’re the best tank tops ever btw) online and to be picked up in store. I called the store because it only showed one was ready and I ordered four. Long story short, I dealt with Crystal (i hope I’m spelling it right) and let me tell you she was so kind, she fixed the problem immediately, she was just so sweet & patient with me. And when my sister went and picked my tank tops up for me, she said how nice Crystal was and couldn’t wait to go back and shop in store because of what a great experience we had. Crystal deserves a raise! You can tell she actually enjoys her job and cares about people. Not to mention, she’s really good at her job. Thanks again, Crystal!”
“Love this place. Usually the staff is nice. Some times the staff is a little less than attentive. But the prices, the selection, the styles makes up for it. If you don't mind uncaring teen staff who don't really want to help and have a good sense of what you want and what looks good on you; I can't stress enough that you should go here.”
