“I went here to get my prom suit and both men working there were incredibly friendly and helpful. The best part of it all is the way I was treated. I am a transgender man and prom suit shopping had me very stressed out, but when I came here and they were told about my pronouns, they got them right and treated me like a man. Trying the suit on and being referred to as a man had my confidence spike through the roof. The suit was so amazing and looked so good at prom! I can’t thank these guys enough! ❤️”

“Very helpful staff member. I bought a jacket for my husband for Christmas and it was over $200. My husband loves the jacket! However, being a rewards member I was surprised that DXL didn’t offer more than $15 off a $100 purchase. How about $30 off of $200.00 especially at Christmas time. Amazon had the coat for $159.00 but not in a 3 xl tall. Customers do compare prices. Let’s up the discounts DXL!”

“We use to live in Amherstburg and loved our weekend shopping trip to the town shoppe. We have since relocated to Niagara Falls and still miss the shoppe. “If your going to this location ask for Jenna to help you .She help me get the right fit and the right style for my brothers wedding ,Took time with me, had me try on different sizes and colors. Most importantly made sure I felt comfortable in what I was wearing, not just rushed out the door She even took the time to ask my wife what she was wearing. She wanted to make sure we would match and if you know me. I would of never know to do that .You def do not find people that care anymore but this sales women knew her stuff and was great at her job . What a pleasure to shop with her.”

“Tried to EXCHANGE a belt for a different size, that I received it as a gift. Did not have a receipt, but the Denver Hayes clip was still attached. Was barely in the store, when a difficult 'sales associate' informed us that we would have to show ID and it was up to a manager if they would accept an EXCHANGE! Going to try again tomorrow. Hopefully this will be updated with better news. EDIT: Different day, different 'sales associate' much better result. They did not have the size I needed, so she looked at other stores stock and found 1 at the Devonshire Mall store. Went there and made an easy exchange. Would like to give the first associate zero stars and the rest of the team 5 stars. Overall 4.”

“I was coming to Detroit for an interview and my suit was left behind in Portland. I was so lucky to have Bhavana there to help me in picking out something. She bent over backwards to get me exactly what I needed and she did it when the store was close to closure. Usually you feel sort of rushed and like they want you to leave when a store is about to close but she was just interested in getting me exactly what I needed. Because of her I got the job and I will be back. Extremely impressed. Prices were good for the quality. The shirt and pants are comfortable and very nice.”

If you live within 60 miles of this establishment it would behoove you to make the journey to Jim’s Tuxedos. Where the professionalism, experience, and class are free and the suits, dresses, and tuxedos are fairly priced.”

“I called up to the store today, checking in on an online order, to make sure it was still there. I was late at picking it up due to an unforseen surgical procedure. I spoke with Fernanda who was very kind, patient, pleasant, and informative. She even let me know what time she would be there until today, so that I could ask for her directly. I'm posting this review because I don't believe great sales associates, such as Fernanda, get enough recognition. Let's face it, customers can be very rude, so positive employee morale makes a difference! I work for an employer where we've ranked #1 in customer service satisfaction for many years now. “This location has yet to disappoint me. Even on the busiest days you can get out of here pretty quickly. They usually always have my size and clothes and shoes. The customer service is always decent, there's a few people that will recognize me since I feel like I'm starting to become a regular there. Prices have definitely gone up at Old Navy, but so has the quality. I still think that they have some pretty decent sales especially during the holidays right now.”

“My boyfriend and I went in to look for a suit for a wedding in August that we are attending. We went in looking for a gray coat and pants. Joe stepped in and started helping us. The process took a while, but it was worth it. The coat and pants were found quickly. It got fun once Joe started to pull together shirt ideas. I mentioned how my dress and high heels were navy blue and Joe immediately went looking for blue or white shirts. I saw the bow ties and matched it with a shirt that Joe brought to us. The outfit went so well together. Joe asked me if I liked the shirts and valued my opinions, which I appreciated. When checking out, he asked if I had a garment bag for my dress. I didn't, so he gave us both one. I 100% recommend this location of Men's Warehouse!!”

Well, AUSTIN saw us in there yesterday and remembered me from last time and took amazing care to help me find something I can actually wear. Being remembered after not coming back for over half a year means the world to a consumer like me, I made sure to tell him to his face but I’d like to make sure I tell other people who kindly he treated me, too. I was able to reorder one item in my order while the other item in the order was sold out. I contacted the store and left a message with the contact I was given, Elizabeth (Administration office?).
