“I like being a member of a credit union and I'm thankful they opened a branch on Grosse Ile! I opened an account out with them and it has been good so far. One flaw is the grosse ile branch isn't always open Saturday, I was here this past Saturday and no one was there, closed, and no one was working the drive thru. I had to go to the trenton location where the drive thru was open. Overall thank you for serving Grosse Ile :)”

“When my credit card account was hacked, DFCU contacted me by phone and email. When I connected with them, the representative was very professional, explaining what had happened and what could be done about it.
Long story short, my account was closed and I received a new card in the mail within three days. I’ve been a DFCU customer for over 30 years, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences in all that time. These people are a 10 out of 10.”

The majority of the staff at this branch are bilingual(Spanish) and they really do have an eye out for YOUR best interest. If you stop by you must go directly to the legend himself, Raymon Sanchez with his 10/10 service. He definitely went way above and beyond.
