“They are an exceptional towing company. We have used them before for towing cars but we had an old 30ft motorhome that we are going to work on and needed it towed. Right from the start when I spoke with the operator to the emails and calls with Jeff to set up when and how it would be towed (it has sentimental value to me) to when the actual day arrived and Kevin hooked her up and took that ever so careful out of the storage lot to my friend's property so we can work on her. Exceptional communication both over the phone and email, exceptional towing and a caring Driver. Yes pick them in an emergency but also when you need to schedule a tow too.”

“I dropped my car off at Riverside Auto Care last week due to a gas leak. They informed me that that the fuel line was damaged and they would be able to repair the car on the same day they receive the part. When I went to pick up the car, I assumed I was just going to pay for the service they provided and be on my way. Instead, the gentleman brought me outside of the shop to:1. Show me the damaged fuel line that was underneath my car and explain why/how it got damaged.2. Explained to me how the fuel line was installed.3. Explained the reasoning the cost of the service they provided.It always a bummer having to cough up money for auto repairs, but I've never experienced a auto shop going out of their way to explain in detail the what/why/how. This is something I did not ask for and it was greatly appreciated since I'm not too savvy when it comes to auto repairs. Previous auto shops I've gone to will just collect your money, hand you your keys, and you're on your way. It was definitely a great experience getting my car fixed at Riverside Auto Care.”

“Late at night, my car broke down on the side of the road and I found myself in need of a tow -- never a good circumstance. I called this company and I’m glad someone answered right away and informed me exactly when help would arrive. The driver arrived on time and did the Car Towing procedure with care, making sure my vehicle was safely secured before leaving. I had to move the car to another city the next day and they helped arrange Long-Distance Hauling without making it complex. Everything was easy, and no hidden fees at the end. I loved that the driver even followed up with me throughout the ride to confirm drop-off arrangements. It is rare that you get a service that is good with communication and efficient. Overall it took a stressful break down and made it manageable. If I needed towing or hauling services in the future I would absolutely hire them again.”

“My F150 was difficult to start. Groat Brothers listened to the symptoms I had experienced, and correctly diagnosed the problem as a bad starter. Replaced the starter by the next day!!! Even though they couldn’t guarantee it would be fixed until the following week. All done at a most reasonable price! Second time I’ve used the Groat Brothers and they are awesome! Definitely will be back when I need vehicle maintenance.”
