“I dropped my car off at Riverside Auto Care last week due to a gas leak. They informed me that that the fuel line was damaged and they would be able to repair the car on the same day they receive the part. When I went to pick up the car, I assumed I was just going to pay for the service they provided and be on my way. Instead, the gentleman brought me outside of the shop to:1. Show me the damaged fuel line that was underneath my car and explain why/how it got damaged.2. Explained to me how the fuel line was installed.3. Explained the reasoning the cost of the service they provided. It always a bummer having to cough up money for auto repairs, but I've never experienced a auto shop going out of their way to explain in detail the what/why/how. This is something I did not ask for and it was greatly appreciated since I'm not too savvy when it comes to auto repairs. Previous auto shops I've gone to will just collect your money, hand you your keys, and you're on your way. It was definitely a great experience getting my car fixed at Riverside Auto Care.”

“After calling 8 to 9 junk car buyers, including several local companies, I can honestly say T.K. Junk Car Removal was the best experience by far. Most other companies offered a high price over the phone just to get my attention, then either stopped answering or never showed up.
T.K. Junk Car Removal was completely different. They were honest from the very beginning, gave me the best price in the Detroit, Michigan area, arrived exactly at the time they promised, and picked up my vehicle within an hour. There were no hidden fees, no last-minute price changes, and no games.
If you're looking for a trustworthy, professional company that keeps its word and pays the best price, I highly recommend them. They made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. The best junk car buyer in the Detroit area!”

“Despite the late night call after a long night shift, Mike answered promptly, arrived quickly, and did me a few favors along the eay! He brought out the service truck and took a look- unfortunately it wasnt serviceable so within 20 minutes he arrived again with a tow truck and was even nice enough to give me a discount”

“I’ve had to call Ali multiple times to tow my modified BMW to my shop, he is literally the only person I trust with my car! He always takes care of it like it’s his own and always comes in a timely manner, he always lets me know what’s going on from the beginning sending pictures of the car getting picked up to the end of him sending pictures of it at the dropoff destination. I will always call him for my towing needs and have recommended my friends who has used him as well. Amazing, nice, respectful and prompt guy & company!Service: Special vehicle towing”

“The best experience I’ve ever had had getting a tow! I had a rental from Enterprise. Enterprise could not get it together. If it hadn’t been for this company, I think I would still be sitting there. They helped me get the best car I could, I mean actually intervened to assist!!! And then brought it right to me. I can’t thank them enough!!!”
“My vehicle was broken into and needed a new window. Unfortunately, they were busy and couldn't help me the day of. However, they selflessly referred me to a competitor who took care of me within an hour. I am so appreciative of their kindness and assistance in my time of need. These guys run an honest business and I trust them 100%.”

“We needed to have a vehicle towed and this company was able to give me an accurate quote over the phone and the driver was dispatched quickly, exceeding our expectations!
Unfortunately we had overlooked some low power lines, however the driver was extremely professional, noticed them and contacted us immediately.
We appreciate the attention to detail and your commitment to providing a SAFE services as well as great customer service!
Ultimately they were able to dispatch an additional truck and still kept us in a satisfactory price range”
“Kyle gave us great customer service. He explained the diagnosis to us regarding the A/C. We needed a new Evaporator Core. It was a very laborious job. Kyle was very friendly & a top notch mechanic. We definitely would go there again & recommend The Brake Shop.”
“They are an exceptional towing company. We have used them before for towing cars but we had an old 30ft motorhome that we are going to work on and needed it towed. Right from the start when I spoke with the operator to the emails and calls with Jeff to set up when and how it would be towed (it has sentimental value to me) to when the actual day arrived and Kevin hooked her up and took that ever so careful out of the storage lot to my friend's property so we can work on her. Exceptional communication both over the phone and email, exceptional towing and a caring Driver. Yes pick them in an emergency but also when you need to schedule a tow too.”
“Great experience , came and helped me with my stuck car in horrible road conditions. Came quickly and Job was done fast. Sir was a professional driver . Low price too , highly recommend will for sure use again”

“This company is a great place to take your vehicle in for any repair or service . I had a issue with a cracked sensor on the front of my Jeep Grand Cherokee , they found the problem in a few hours called me with what they found & let me pick my car up until the new sensor came in 2 days later then drove back up & they replaced it in 3 hours , GREAT price & service . So much fast er & pricing then the dealership .”
“Brad and his staff at Melvindale Motor and Transmission were very accommodating, patient and fair. Brad kept me informed along the way with updates, photos and explanations of charges associated with the rebuilding of the transmission. Overall I am pleased.”
“The young man that assisted me with my vehicle is the best. He saved me money for a service that was on a recall list. When another shop. No names. Was about to charge me over $1000.00. I went to the dealer as he suggested and it was repaired free of charge. Thank you so much and I will highly recommend this place.”

“I genuinely trust this shop with my 2025 GMC Sierra more than the dealership. They knocked out my brake job in under an hour, whereas the dealer wanted to keep my truck for five hours. No corporate runaround or fake upsells, just honest communication, fair pricing, and solid work done right the first time.”

“Late at night, my car broke down on the side of the road and I found myself in need of a tow -- never a good circumstance. I called this company and I’m glad someone answered right away and informed me exactly when help would arrive. The driver arrived on time and did the Car Towing procedure with care, making sure my vehicle was safely secured before leaving. I had to move the car to another city the next day and they helped arrange Long-Distance Hauling without making it complex. Everything was easy, and no hidden fees at the end. I loved that the driver even followed up with me throughout the ride to confirm drop-off arrangements. It is rare that you get a service that is good with communication and efficient. Overall it took a stressful break down and made it manageable. If I needed towing or hauling services in the future I would absolutely hire them again.”

“If you ever find yourself stuck on the side of the road questioning your life choices — don’t worry, just call these guys. Ali pulled up in Truck 16 like a towing superhero. Not only was he fast and professional, but he also had a great attitude that turned a stressful situation into something I could actually laugh about.
Truck 16 should be in a Fast & Furious movie, and Ali deserves a trophy for Best Tow Truck Driver With a Calm Vibe. 10/10 would get stranded again just to have Ali save the day.”
