“Came in to get a wheel alignment for my 200c they told me I needed a wheel bearing and they could do it be it would need another after I fixed the wheel bearing and they have to charge me $35 for looking at my car so I asked to do the wheel bearing anyway (because it would only be $65 more dollars and at least some work would have been done to my car ) they said that they could no longer do the alignment because it wouldn’t hold and now I’m out of $35 and another $20-$40 for uber rides just for them to do no work on my car the owner called me and made it right I appreciate the care and time he took to make sure things were right and I was satisfied”

“My name is Jason Centala and we have been bringing our cars now for many years over a decade to Dykstra's. This being the garage out at the airport but have recently transitioned to the one near our house on Byron Center called GreatWater 360 Auto Care.
The customer service is top-notch, had a issue with a repair and they quickly resolved it no issues, no fault-finding. It is so rare to find a business now a days that you can trust but Dykstra's is the real deal like it was back in the fifties!!!!! Just good old fashioned customer service, integrity, and no price gouging.

“Hands down I like this place for tires. Top notch. I've been to a few places for tires just like many other drivers. Very pleased with how well they cleaned my aluminum rims for my new tires. Best seal longest lasting seal I've obtained for my aluminum rims. Nobody likes to continuously have to check and air poorly sealed tires. Which we know aluminum rims can be fickle with Michigan weather.

“Called last night (Thursday) at 5 pm about my alternator needing to be replaced, after being told I could be squeezed in a week later at a couple other places. At Sid’s I was told maybe I could be squeezed in next day, definitely by Monday. Got a call at 7:24 am this morning (Friday) that it was definitely the alternator and what it would cost to replace. Told them to go ahead and take their time as I didn’t need car back til Wednesday. Got a call at 4 pm today (Friday) and it was done! Less than 24 hours. Great service, way cheaper than expected and car is running great.”

“Seth and his crew did an excellent job explaining the correct tires and brand for my RV. I thought the prices were very reasonable for 6 Bridgestone tires. The tires were changed within a couple hours. During a final inspection it was discovered by their master technician that the rear axle on my rig was out of alignment. Seth's team jumped into action again and quickly resolved the problem, which allowed me to get on the road in a timely manner. I cannot stress the importance of their professionalism and the caring attitude they displayed during my visit. I will definitely keep them in my handbook for any future technical issues with my RV.”
