“Update: After leaving a 1 star review, things were handled quickly by management and the washer was replaced. Bummed it took public attention to get things handled, but once it was brought to management's attention, the replacement process was really fast and easy.We bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer from them. Before we purchased , we made sure that they were certified to work on this washer and dryer under any warranty issues. The sales person assured us they were able to work on these machines. Literally 7 DAYS after purchase, the washer threw an error code. We called Brummel's and told them the issue, and turns out they don't even have a service department at all. Told us to call the manufacturer and there was nothing they could do. We asked them if they would stand by the product and replace it since it was broken within a week of delivery, and they said they would not do that. Super bummed at the entire experience.”
