“Ordered some items online and since I ordered some perishable products, the store called me up to align on the best shipping window. It was shipped on the agreed date. Some items did not survive the trip down to me. After a quick call with the store, they not only reshipped the non-perishable broken items, but send extras for my troubles. Shipment arrived extremely well packed.
Would definitely recommend this site as this is a rare sublime level of customer care.”

“This is a really fun place to go from numerous things. Especially if you have teenagers or young children. The awesome place to find inexpensive gifts. I particularly go to get individual candies that I can put in my neighbor kids Advent calendars. I need individual small candies and they sell them for $0.15 a piece. It's the only way I know to get some variety and find the things that fit in the little Advent calendar slots.
The people that work at the Knapp's corner store are very very cool.”
“Fun Store. Believe it or not, we had never been so it was a first time experience. There were a few things we weren't used to, like it was quite crowded like aisles were crowded with merch. Overall we enjoyed shopping there, found some real cute things.”

“I was there a couple weeks back I was impressed by the customer service. Was greeted as soon as they seen me walk through the doors. The lay out is little odd seems very boxed in staff seems to have limited sight of customer. But once you near the check out area the customer service picks up where you were greeted at.”
“Never particularly had a bad experience here, usually can find something I'm interested in here, be it music or movies. Of course it's a mall store so it won't be as cheap as somewhere online but that's part of the shopping experience. Staff is usually pleasant to talk to when checking out, I've never had any problems. Much better than the other FYE at the other mall across town.”
