Super friendly staff! This transaction was so easy, beginning with the wonderful and welcoming lady who initially took my call and processed my paperwork, to the tow truck driver who picked up my car within 24 hours. He was on time, friendly and really went above and beyond. They made this process so easy and paid me WAY MORE than other salvage yards offered! They were also much more efficient and friendly! They also paid in CASH! The other yard I called wanted me to drive there to pick up a check (for much less $).
In the future, I will certainly be going to East Michigan Auto for both my repair parts needs and to use them again for junking old cars. I can’t say enough about this incredible business and spectacular staff! Other yards cannot compare! A+ ! CALL THEM FIRST! The best! Thank you again!”

“On Saturday February 8th I had to go into this O'Reilly's because one of my wiper blades fell off in the middle of a snowstorm. I literally had to drive to O'Reilly's with no wipers in a snowstorm. The guy that held me Fred was extremely understanding and professional. He even came out and put the wipers on for me because I had to be somewhere and was already running late. She explained the process and timeline, and everything was completed as expected. This was my first time dealing with salvage inspection and I had a hard time just figuring out where to go, but A&M was able to handle the mechanic inspection as well as the state inspection all in one trip.”
