“I had a great experience here when I went in for a brake inspection and tire rotation. They said I still had some life in my brake pads and identified a battery terminal issue that could lead to some issues down the line (the terminals were incredibly rusty and I had been ignoring it lol) and they did great work. Chuck and Mike at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is so awesome. It really helped me out while my car was in the shop. Mark, the shuttle driver, was so nice, personable, and a joy to talk to. Don't sleep on this shop, they do good work and won't try to sell you services you don't need!”

“My hood latch cable snapped this winter and I couldn’t get it open by myself, despite being able to see the latch release behind my front grille. After bring quoted $650 at the Subaru dealership and over $1k at Convenience Auto on Liberty, I took it to Dylan. They were able to get it done for $90 within 24h with the new OEM hood latch and cable I had purchased myself. They were professional and respectful, and I’m pleased with the quality of work. Would definitely recommend!”

“Working with Gerber Collision & Glass was great. They worked directly with my insurance company (Allstate). The staff member at the front desk (Quinton) was able to quickly give an estimate and followed up to get the work scheduled. The work was done quickly and they communicated throughout the process. The damaged area looks like new. Hopefully won’t need their services again, but if I did, I’d definitely use their services again.”
“I brought my engine here to get machine, bored, and cleaned up, along with a few other small projects. Everyone in there is so professional and very helpful with the amount of questions I had. The pricing has always been more than fair. No reason to bring any of your machining anywhere else if you're in the area. These guys are awesome!”
“I stopped by their shop today without an appointment to get a quote for some potential body work. They quickly looked at it and fixed it. Fortunately, it was mainly some paint that had to be removed. Perhaps a slight dent but they recommended not to fix it. I greatly appreciate their honesty and quick response. I have used them before and will continue to recommend and use them.”

Today I needed some new windshield wipers because my cheap ones scared me last night because of rain.It was like I was driving blind.Tim and Nicole,what can I say.Tim was kind and replaced my wipers because I wasn’t comfortable trying.Nicole was very nice and engaging! The place was clean and very quiet. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

“I had Mike & Mike install a vintage Heat & air and a painless wire system in my 1969 Chevelle and I couldn't be happier. the quality of their work is second to none. while the car was in the shop they found out that I had water and rust in the gas tank, so they spent countless hours try to clean out the fuel system and replaced the tank. once it was all done, they retuned the carburetor and made the car run like a top!
in the future I will be taking my work to them. A+”

“Mike Walker, at the Ann Arbor location, was absolutely amazing to work with. I dropped my car off over the weekend, thinking I had minor damage from an accident. Instead, it ended up being a total loss. He walked me through every step of the process, explaining which parts he was handling, what my next steps were, and exactly what to expect from my insurance company. He gave so many great tips and details. I went from dropping my car off on Sunday, thinking it would be in the shop for a couple of weeks, to a new-to-me car and everything completely wrapped up/handled by Thursday. It was seamless. “Last month, in the middle of the longest road trip of my life, I needed some repairs. There was no way that they could do the work in the limited time that I had in town, so I was only asking for advice. They taped everything together properly, so that nothing was hanging loose (and moreover a casual observer would not even notice the damage), thus allowing me to delay proper repairs until the end of my trip, a few weeks and a few thousand miles later. I tried to insist on paying for this, but they refused to charge me.”
