“Ypsi’s LaFontaine Kia always strives for top-notch service even while booming with business and heavy customer traffic. I regularly go for service thanks to their thorough multi-point inspection, and on top of checking literally ANY concern big or small the crew is on top of important alerts such as recalls. During a mundane oil change they made sure to mention the anti-theft device I qualified for and installed it with my consent same day :)
Overall: a communicative staff, quality reminders/summaries to know exactly what you need or don’t, and good affordability across the board. I book most often with Samantha, who is knowledgable and considerate, not to mention Kayron at the desk is always a delight to chat with. Huge thanks for all they do!”
