“I came across this bank establishment when I first moved here in 2024. The bank employee's are very knowledgeable, they walk out of their way to help you in all that you need done.
It's a home town feeling/ atmosphere when you walk in. People greeting one another with warm kindness as with genuine respect for one another.
I commented all the bank staff and this bank establishment in the highest degree with a 10++++ rating.
One other personal note, we are all human, and when a mistake is made , or the line is long, Remember they are doing their upmost best quickly, professionally as possible. If they make a mistake, they will fix that mistake right then and there with a heartfelt sincere apology.

“I was new in town and had done previous banking with Key in Ohio, same as my family. I actually opened my first ever savings bank account at a Key branch when I was a young kid and they offered those accounts for kids. Anyways, the employees were very nice, asked if I wanted anything to drink while I waited for the branch manager to set me up with a checking account. I only had to wait between 5-10 minutes, I could see she was finishing up a call. She was super friendly and walked me through the process. I believe I opened a student account or young person account with no minimum amount of money to open. I moved here to be a Washtenaw Community College student. So it was free to open the account. The manager made it a quick and easy process: two forms of I.D. and a couple signatures and I had my very own checking account with debit card. Thanks Key bank!”

“The people at the bank are wonderful and helpful. My problem is with the telephone service I just received in which five different people kept me on the line for almost an hour without resolving the issue that they all clearly acknowledged I was having with the online banking app and leaving me with no recourse except to complain about them on social media, which often gets their attention. When that did not yield results, I visited the branch bank and was helped by Jennifer and Tamara who struggled through the same telephone maze that I did and got the problem resolved but it took them through four or five telephone agents and almost two hours. Again, the problem here is with corporate online banking service and NOT with the wonderful people at the branch location. In fact, I am awaiting a call right now because my online banking is not available for me to use again!”

“I just read through a bunch of reviews for this branch and although my rep Michael is an absolute dream to deal with, the couple times I had to deal with others, my experience has not been as pleasurable.
Michael deserves a raise and a promotion though. I'm serious. In fact, just give him the keys to the branch. This guy knows his stuff, is extremely nice and polite and i leave smiling whenever I have to go in to see him. I stick to dealing with him now and haven't had any problems at all. Now don't you all hog him up so I can't get in to see him anymore, but if you have personal business to attend to, ask for Michael. If he can't help you directly, he'll get you to a person that can.
