Went in towards the end of the day and James welcomed us in. The crew was expeditious with tire pressure check/fill and window washing. James attacked the oil change pointing out the air filter could be changed but not a must. Since it was pressure free I said let’s do it.

They charged me $162.00 for an oil change and when I asked why they came up with excuses saying inflation etc etc.
