“Puffer reds still going. I think they should have a better online presence, but the store front is nice as well.They sell niche clothing and shoes that's hard to find like these night maroon vapor air max that I went there for. They also have signed gear as well.I'll revisit once I'm ready to take the ride or have a party that I'm going to in which I wanna impress.”

“Was in there with a web order exchange, Greg Sebastian assisted me. With all the tip culture and people wanting tips just for walking in the door, this was a time I would have been happy to tip. I actually asked if I could tip but was declined.
Greg had me use their foot measuring system, against my assessment and manual measuring.. had me go up a full size from what i thought I wore from the past. Glad i drove 45min, totally worth the peace of mind and the help I received. Thanks again Greg, you were great!”

“Employees are very kind. I forgot a bag in there, called it red, look around for a few minutes, and gave up. as I was leaving, an employee found my bag and returned it to me. the bag was gray, not red :0

“Had a shoe emergency in the middle of the day and called the store to see what the store had in stock for black flats. Although the exact brand I was thinking of was not available, when I arrived the sales associate had pulled several alternative styles for me, which was incredibly helpful! I was able to make a quick purchase and get back to work, crisis averted. I am very happy with the shoes I purchased, super high quality that will hopefully last me a long time.”

“The store is great but their bank, Comenity, treated me very badly -- called demanding I pay $43 at once because the post office had returned my $29 check (saying it was wrongly addressed but it wasn't) and then Comenity added $14 interest for 10 days or so!”

“I had a very positive experience here for first time shopping. Before exploring WHBM, I was struggling to find work pants my size in stores around Ann Arbor. However, I could immediately picked two pairs of straight and wide leg pants here thanks to the supportive staff. “I had a wonderful shopping experience here. The store has a great selection of toddler clothing, and I love that both brands share the same cash register, making checkout seamless.
The highlight of my visit was the exceptional customer service. I was looking for toddler pants, and a staff member went above and beyond—helping me find the right size and even checking the back for additional options on sale. It was such a kind gesture, and I truly appreciated the effort.

“I cannot emphasize enough how positive my experience was in this location. I was buying jeans for an upcoming engagement shoot after weeks of going to different stores (including different Madewell locations) and trying on tons of different jeans with no success. Not only did I find super cute, flattering jeans - I received the best customer service I’ve had in awhile. Brittany and Emma helped me the whole way through - giving me styling advice, guidance on sizing /fit, and generally supported. I typically hate everything about the try on process - the hot lights, the line waiting, the guilt for creating more work for the employees, and of course, the body shame. Emma and Brittany never made me feel guilty for taking up a fitting room (for two hours) or for the multiple pairs of jeans that didn’t work out. I loved my experience and hope they know how much of a difference they made.”
