“I searched for a recliner for a long time. Over the course of last weekend, we went to just about every furniture store except Brummels and I tried way over 100 recliners. I had no luck finding the right chair for me. Nothing was comfortable with all of my pain issues. So I ended up at Brummels and Lexi assisted me. She was great! Knowledgeable and helpful without pressuring at all. The delivery was great! The delivery guys were fast , friendly, and efficient! “I just want to take a moment to commend your delivery team. I was expecting the spring for my new mattress today, but I had to be out of town. I called your office and told them the delivery staff could come into my place and leave the spring. When I arrived home the bed looked just as I had left it so I assumed they had not come yet. However my I looked a little better, pulled back the sheets I found that they had inserted the box spring and had remade the bed like it hadn't been touched!!! Awesome job, crew!!! Thank you so much!
