“My battery had died and I couldn't get my car started or jumped. Luckily, John was able to jump start it with a jump pack and even replaced the battery for me! They were very kind, helpful, and made sure I was okay and good to go! 10/10 service and will absolutely go to them in the future!”
“Excellent towing service from Dylan at NAPA Albany Auto. When my rental car broke down, he kept me informed every step of the way, calling to confirm the tow, provide an ETA, and update me as he got closer. The communication was outstanding and made a potentially stressful situation much easier for me. He was professional, prompt, and friendly, and even gave me a ride to the airport where my vehicle was being delivered. I greatly appreciated his help and highly recommend this company to anyone needing reliable service!”

“Had an emergency on the road today - blew a tire due to the State of MN dropping debris including a large bolt on 94 which ended up in my tire.
My vehicle isn’t a C,D,J or an R, but the staff welcomed us into their service center. They were so very nice, made my mother and I along with our cat very comfortable in the dealership while they promptly, courteously and professionally treated my tire on our luxury German brand. Can’t say enough how much we appreciated how nice they were.”
