“Joel, Ryan and their team of mechanics have been maintaining my vehicles for over 25 years. They have repaired my foreign cars, diesel trucks, snowmobiles, four wheelers and campers! They do quality work at an excellent price. They give honest estimates and always stand behind their work.”
“We had our tailgate glass break and they did an awesome job with replacing the glass and cleaning up the shattered glass. We did not have glass coverage and they are the best pricing I could find!! They had great communication with us also”
“Had an emergency on the road today - blew a tire due to the State of MN dropping debris including a large bolt on 94 which ended up in my tire.
My vehicle isn’t a C,D,J or an R, but the staff welcomed us into their service center. They were so very nice, made my mother and I along with our cat very comfortable in the dealership while they promptly, courteously and professionally treated my tire on our luxury German brand. Can’t say enough how much we appreciated how nice they were.”
“Excellent towing service from Dylan at NAPA Albany Auto. When my rental car broke down, he kept me informed every step of the way, calling to confirm the tow, provide an ETA, and update me as he got closer. The communication was outstanding and made a potentially stressful situation much easier for me. He was professional, prompt, and friendly, and even gave me a ride to the airport where my vehicle was being delivered. I greatly appreciated his help and highly recommend this company to anyone needing reliable service!”
