“Came in to pick up a giant oil pan from my online order.
While waiting at the register, a gigantic friendly dog from behind the counter walks up to me and greets me. After a few good scratches, it proceeded to stand on it's hind legs and hugged me. Dogs always make my day! I normally just use Oreily's in Big Lake, as it's closer to me, but if the dog was a gaurantee, I would definitely come here more often. Very friendly and polite dog.

“Mike and his crew have fixed two of my cars. The first was pretty significant global hail damage. The second was damaged due to someone losing a tire on the highway. He and his team brought both back into showroom condition. Even when as far as cleaning the inside and waxing the exterior. Can’t recommend highly enough. Honest, quick, and quality work. Can’t ask for anything more.”

“I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD!! This was the best experience ever. My car would not start. I first went to NAPA across the street and the employee there said I had 60% battery and did not know how to start my car when I had to turn it off. I went to O’Reilly and said my battery was dead and leaking. They had changed it out in 2 minutes. The whole process took 5 minutes. It was extremely fast! They even checked my life on my alternator and starter. 200 bucks for a battery later and I was good to go!!! Thank you Luke and the other male employee for helping me tonight.”

“Recently bought a used engine for my Rav4 from Susie at Rite away. She took the time to bring me back and show me the engine, which I thought was pretty out of the ordinary. They even delivered the engine to the mechanic for me ( happened to be just down the road). After a botched install by the mechanic, and blaming Rite Away for a bad engine, Susie insisted the engine was in great shape and offered to pull the engine and check for leaks. They found the leak, caused by the mechanic and replaced the rear main seal. 4,000 miles later and it’s still running excellent. I am beyond words impressed with the level of customer service I was given and will be a long time customer! Great People, fair pricing!”

“Scuffed the fiberglass clearcoat on our motorhome rubbing up against a wooden post. Hoglund got us in within a few days and did a wonderful job making the scuff almost invisible to see. They also did the work much quicker than initially thought which saved us about half the estimate. Very happy about the work completed and the savings. Would go back if ever need work done again. Zach Resech was very good to work with and was both fair and upfront with us on the work. Thank you Zach! We even got a handwritten thank you afterwards.

Batteries should last longer then there warrantys. Guess warranty got switched to 6 months so they are deciding to help me and save me money”
“My experience here was excellent. They are great guys, the work this business did on my hail damage was 100% perfect, truck looks brand new. I initially brought it to Monticello Auto Body, that place was terrible, they set appt with me after work and when I got there I was told hail guy is off today are bad, then went to Harrod Paintless Dent Repair Albertville, MN, the location is a very small old car wash port, no place for my Daughter to wait with me, we sat outside 105 degree weather they never told us about this, the Owner was not polite at all. So gave M & J Collision a call, they got me in right away, went over the process, set a time, they followed thru with the time and got my truck back even faster than expected. Great communicators and great work. A true breath of fresh air in this industry. Thanks so much guys!! A++++Service: Body & Trim”

“I wanted to share a great expierence with O'Reilly in Rogers. The Rogers location is always our go to for my family but the other day my check engine light came on on my way to work. I called and spoke with the store manager Matt. He helped over the phone get me to a close O'Reilly location and told me what to say and ask for.
