“My experience here was excellent. They are great guys, the work this business did on my hail damage was 100% perfect, truck looks brand new. I initially brought it to Monticello Auto Body, that place was terrible, they set appt with me after work and when I got there I was told hail guy is off today are bad, then went to Harrod Paintless Dent Repair Albertville, MN, the location is a very small old car wash port, no place for my Daughter to wait with me, we sat outside 105 degree weather they never told us about this, the Owner was not polite at all. So gave M & J Collision a call, they got me in right away, went over the process, set a time, they followed thru with the time and got my truck back even faster than expected. “Recently bought a used engine for my Rav4 from Susie at Rite away. She took the time to bring me back and show me the engine, which I thought was pretty out of the ordinary. They even delivered the engine to the mechanic for me ( happened to be just down the road). After a botched install by the mechanic, and blaming Rite Away for a bad engine, Susie insisted the engine was in great shape and offered to pull the engine and check for leaks. They found the leak, caused by the mechanic and replaced the rear main seal. 4,000 miles later and it’s still running excellent. I am beyond words impressed with the level of customer service I was given and will be a long time customer! Great People, fair pricing!”

The rear passenger window was smashed out in a theft incident right before we were to leave on a family trip. “My buddy Travis and I have both been dealing with Bart and his team for years. Anyone serious about the performance of their vehicle and actually understand the capability of it will be extremely satisfied..... If you don't, Bart has a little notebook with part #'s of everything with actual numbers to help you understand the level of performance to expect. An ACTUAL car guy who stands by his work and shop. Not the cheapest, but I've been to PLENTY of shops around the state and Bart's the only one who is BRUTALLY honest about any project and what to expect. Once I get my truck back together (in Dyno ready condition) I'll definitely be scheduling my Dyno tune session for this truck as well. Previous vehicle's tuned by them- '96 Impala SS LT1 (supercharged)and an '04 Trailblazer SS LS2 (NA) and they both SCREAM. If anything, the charge was LESS than explained with a large variety of parts on hand and even some "race proven" parts (used). Lol Great guy!!!”

“I stopped to pick up custom paint that I ordered and some parts. I was greeted by two of the staff (in photo) with big smiles. Jay was one of them and I mentioned to him that he has been in the store awhile and he made a few funny comments. I remember Jay on a few of my visits over the last few years and he consistently provides positive customer service and knowledge of auto parts. I felt it important after several visits to give kudos to this store.BTW- if you are in need of custom paint for your car, they can assist. They don’t mix the paint at this store but they can help find an exact match and then order it from another store and have it delivered to the Elk River location. I have done this a few times with great success.”
