Noah was incredibly responsive, quickly checked everything and fortunately assured me that my phone was safe. He then proceeded to download and show me several security apps that I could utilize to monitor any issues that may arise. Noah was very professional, knowledgeable and amazingly he actually remembered me from 18 months ago when he sold me my new cellphone! Thank you for all your assistance Noah!!
