11094 61st St NE, AlbertvilleI've been taking my dogs to Crystal every month for several years now, and she takes great care of my girls every time! I currently have 2 Pomeranians and an American Eskimo, and while they are not fond of going to the groomers, they always come home looking and smelling 20x better than they did when they were dropped off! I can tell that the Eskimo really hates being clean because she rolls in the grass as soon as we get home every time lol.
I also used to have another pom that I used to bring in, who passed a year and a half ago, and Crystal was so kind and texted me her condolences. A bit over a year later, we found ourselves in the unique situation of being able to buy the sister of our remaining pop, and after all of her vet checks and everything, Crystal welcomed her to the salon with open arms! When we first got her the previous owner had destroyed her coat, including shaving a huge chunk off of her lower back. But after almost 7 months of seeing Crystal, her coat is fully restored and she actually looks like a chunky pom again!
I'd highly recommend Crystal (and Bark Avenue) to everyone! Great care, great customer service, and great work!

We had a really bad experience at one prior vet that scarred him pretty bad leading to some trust issues at the vet. Dr. Seramur is patient, listens with openness and has been a true life saver for my dog. I will always recommend Pet Nation and the entire staff.
