“For your consideration, LHT deserves an A for orgainized. LHT is a very nice place to work with good lanes, customers, and routes. LHT has a shop that can accomendate drivers needs until 10 or 11pm, i think! LHT has a short 5 day orientation. LHT requires 4 inspections a year to keep upto date on truck equipment as well as upto date and nice equipment in the office. Many positive vibes here not much negative, good staff. You definetly should consider your work here if you have a good driving record and have experience. Be careful though as you can be released for bad or poor performance.”

“Amazon shipped multiple items to our home in one box. I thought I could ship the "customer pack" items back to them in that same same box. That is not how it works.
I was irritated (at Amazon) and having an already crummy day. The staff were nothing but patient and helpful. One young man even offered to help me cancel my return by using my phone to assist me, unfortunately I did not order the item.
Got the items returned. Thank you for your patience and kindness. Top notch Amazon Return service.”

“Friendly staff, PostMaster is very sweet. I’ve never had to wait in all my times I’ve went for stamps, shipping, etc. Parking lot is a little smaller, but for the the right reasons- due to its location & the foot traffic.”

“We had an Amazon package that had said “delivered” and it was no where to be found, I called the Rogers location & told them what had happened and they quickly resolved the issue. Our awesome mail lady walked up to our door today with the missing package and apologized for the delay. We appreciate all of their hard work during the holiday season. These employees don’t get enough credit for all of their deliveries all year round and especially during the busy holiday seasons. Thank you so much for all that you do!”
“I just want to give a shout out to Lee Ann and Berta at this Fed Ex location. I print everything from large blueprints, to business cards and everything in between. I use the print and go option often, and have also made MANY personal items such as Fat Heads for my kids sports teams and have multiple items laminated here as well. No matter the project, these ladies are so helpful and willing to work me through any project to ensure the best possible quality. Thank you for all of your hard work, it's always appreciated. “I've always received friendly service at this post office. I even over heard the clerk telling another costumer some very obvious and basic info about why you need an address on your envelope to mail it, with kindness and no disrespect.”
“I embarrassingly sent a package to an old address in Elk River. Now being a Duluth resident, I was obviously worried that I would never see said package. Fortunately enough, Jill at the office, as well as the delivery driver who was en route to deliver the package, were gracious enough to stop the delivery and hold the package for me until I make a trip down. Communication was great, as Jill was able to intercept the package in a timely matter AND call me back letting me know they got the package back to the office. Thank you for all you do at the post office!”

“I was worried at first that my item would not arrive once it hit this location because of all the bad reviews. But then I thought about how many other thousands of people had packages come through this facility but everything went fine. There would be no need to review it. So that’s why you don’t see too many good reviews. But due to mine leaving this facility in just a few hours unlike other reviews, I’m happy! I was legit scared like almost every other person reading these reviews. I gotta give a 5 star for swiftness and quality service. Sucks for anybody who didn’t have the same experience.”

“Most of the people are very friendly. Sometimes you might get a cranky individual. When I was homeless they broke the law by tampering with my ability to receive my mail...I could have them all charged with a felony because according to the USPS website if you are homeless you are entitled to either unlimited general delivery or after the 30 day window this post office had if you are still homeless then they are forced by law to give you a free PO box. I am not happy with how the people at this post office violated federal law. It's only because I'm no longer homeless and because I love Jesus that I'm willing to show these people mercy and not turn their lives upside down.”

“Best post office I’ve ever been to. Lots of weird hate for the lady in these reviews. Shipped over 600 pieces at this location. Never had an issue. Extremely friendly staff. They are closed from 12:30-1:00. Big deal lol. All these bad reviews are by delusional people who don’t know how the postal system works. 100/10 stars. Would recommend to the highest degree. I can’t stress this enough.”
