“This place is awesome! They have amazing customer service! Their employees are obviously trained well and they know what they’re doing! Every time I’ve been there it’s been a great experience! They actually know what they’re doing with the app and all the discounts and specials for being a member! Which it’s super easy to become a member, I did while I was waiting in a short line at the checkout! Amazing customer service!! “It's amazing how unfriendly other stores employees seem after being in Reebok. The Reebok employees are quick to welcome you into the store and offer their assistance, they didn't have the exact shoe that I was looking for so they offered to order it online and have it shipped to my house at no extra cost. Will definitely be back as they always seem to have amazing deals for items that are much more worth your money than places like Nike or Under Armour. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up”

“My wife was looking for a very specific style of Clark's dress shoes, so we stopped at their MOA store, but they didn't have them. So, we made the trek up to Albertville, knowing that our chances were slim, since they're an outlet store. We not even found one pair of the shoes she was looking for in her size, but we also took advantage of their 2/$99 special, and I ended up scoring a nice pair of boots!The staff was friendly, answered our questions, and gave us enough room to roam through the aisles and try on lots of shoes. In the end, we walked out with two pairs of shoes for the same price of what we would have paid for one, back at MOA. I'd say that's a pretty sweet deal!”

“I liked that i got 50 percent off. I got a really nice hoodie and an excellent winter hat in the color i wanted. Super nice staff. Clean apperance nice changing rooms. Nice entryway, lots of nice wallpaper and cool pictures too. I want to go back to get some more stuff when the time is right to get some more really good stuff. “My 4 year old daughter and I walked into this store last night. We were helped by every employee on shift without us asking for help. They put crocs on my daughter and made sure they fit perfect. They even showed my daughter the cool buttons to add to her shoes. They did this all without me asking. We left with her comfy new crocs, and her favorite buttons. Thank you for the awesome service.”

“Returned some shoes I bought from a different Finish Line today and had to order the ones I wanted. Normally this a big deal to spend money and not get my item like you should, but the fellas and the nice gal did me solid by their laughter, enthusiasm and jist awesome atmosphere they created. First off I ventured away from my Nike shoes, bad move for me. They had good fun with my decision cause they all rocked Nikes and that was fun to be the center of the humor. Second I had to have my new Nikes shipped to me which I'm not a huge fan of but they assured me everything was gonna be fine and with their level of confidence of Finish Line I knew I was in good hands. Third they were great employees to be around. Joking, laughing and giving me advice. I would definitely recommend this group of younger folks at this location any day. They all deserve a fist bump for turning my idea of stepping out of the box into a good fun late evening. Thanks fellas and chicky. Keep that positive vibe going and we'll see ya soon.”
