“My mom, sister and I went shopping today just for a little girls day and Robyn was the one helping us and she was awesome! So helpful grabbing different sizes and colors for us to try on. Very personable and made our experience great. Will be back!”
“Took my 9 & 11yr old grandgtrs school shoe shopping today at Nike outlet in Albertville Mn. We had the great pleasure of meeting the sales associate Jack who was such a great help today- he was soo patient with the girls- bringing out multiple styles and sizes until both girls were happy and excited about their selections. He had very good knowledge of the inventory and sizing. I was very pleased with the selection and the pricing- but jack was the best find of all”
“This store has the most amazing employees!!! Went looking for rain boots for my 2 1/2 year old and went in there after 4-5 other stores. They didn’t have any, but the employees immediately started looking up places that I might find them and were amazing with my son who ran up and pushed himself in front of one of them to help push the cart she was pushing and let him help. Will definitely go here again!!!”
“I used to get so many good deals here. Not so much anymore. Less outlet/discounts and more regular retail store. Go often enough and you'll find some deals, however.”
“This review is based solely for the appreciation for the assistance given to me by Dillon the manager that helped me correct the issue I had brought to his attention. I am very grateful for the understanding and the way he went about correcting it..”
“Fantastic experience at the famous footwear outlet.
Scott, the staff member was exceptionally helpful with finding my son a wide shoe.
We tried many different varieties as my son is quite particular about his shoe selection. But finally we found a very reasonably priced high quality shoe.
Scott was very informative about the specials that are going on and very friendly even though they were busy.”
“This location has so many good deals. I usually don't shop a Puma, but at this one I come often. Everyone working here is very helpful and welcoming. The best deals are definitely on the tshirts and some shoes.”
“Looking for a very specific type of Converse as a gift for my daughter. Everywhere had been sold out, even online, as it was right around the holidays. This store was sold out as well, however the sales person didn't just say sorry and turn away, instead took the time to give me 2 other possible options. I was also shown the shoe laces and accessories (could make the difference between wearing or not wearing them for a teenager). The pair and extra laces I decided on were a success as my daughter even feels she may like these more than the others she had initially picked out!”
“It's amazing how unfriendly other stores employees seem after being in Reebok. The Reebok employees are quick to welcome you into the store and offer their assistance, they didn't have the exact shoe that I was looking for so they offered to order it online and have it shipped to my house at no extra cost. Will definitely be back as they always seem to have amazing deals for items that are much more worth your money than places like Nike or Under Armour. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up”
“I am so happy with this location, I live out of state and they helped me get my Zoyas ? I usually buy online but the shoes I realllyyyyy wanted were out of stock online and statewide and I could not find any them anywhere. Luckily, they had them at this location, and the very last pair. My mom was able to go pick them up for me. I love clarks heels I have been wearing them for years, I have so many pairs and I tell all my coworkers about them! So happy with my new pair.”
“Love the friendly staff there but I cant believe they havent fixed their heat yet! I was in there a few weeks ago looking around and again today and their employees have been all bundled up! Maybe get someone on that?”
“Did exchange for online order return. The manager was friendly and approached us immediately to help us when we entered the store. They helped us find a replacement for the exchange. Both associates were very nice and provided excellent service.”
“Came in today to return a pair of shoes that didn't fit correctly. All the workers had a great sense of humor! Makes shopping more fun when you have fun and respectful customer service! 10/10 A+”

“there was a store wide discount which made pricing more than reasonable, quality of the clothing never disappoints, only downside is that the fitting rooms are closed temporarily”
