The other day I had the worst experience with Rays Marine in Alexandria so I decided to give Alex Auto & Marine a call and boy did they save the day. I called them to see if they had a part and the gentleman said YES and I rushed right over. When I got there he had the part on the counter waiting for me and he was so kind and polite. He opened the box and compared it with my old part to make sure it was perfect and it sure was. This young gentleman was very kind and welcoming and we will def be doing all of our business with Alex Auto & Marine in the future. I am unsure of what the young gentleman's name was at the Service/Parts counter but he def deserves praise over his customer service skills.”
