“My computer crashed two days before I left for school, so you can imagine my dilemma. Kay helped me fix it right there and it was fine. At first, we thought it was an update issue, but once I tried opening it again after moving to Washington, it stopped working again. Because I moved and didn't know who to go to, I went back to experimax and they figured out the real problem. It took longer to fix it because I had to ship it there and back, but they fixed my computer and it works better than when I first bought it 5 years ago!
They struggled with getting back to me without prompt, so just make sure you reach out to them. But they were so helpful and went above and beyond (also definitely worth the price)! Highly recommend them. They do high quality work.”

The Roast Beef Sandwich and the Rotisserie Chicken Ceasar Salad were added to the menu. the Berries Smoothie was changed to Mango Smoothie. My usual order is Chicken Bake, Mocha/Latte, and Ice Cream Sundae. Hopefully, the Berries Smoothie will be back soon.”

a bit cranky, impatient. We'll probably check out a different location. Lost our phone numbers in the process. Some of it was because the online service was so terrible. I had been set up online. They didn't have a record of it. They were supposed to send SIM cards. I still have reception issues in my house.”

“It was time to get a new phone a couple weeks ago. I was dreading it because it always takes me forever to figure everything out. But, boy did I get lucky. Jordyn helped me pick out a new phone and he made sure that all my information transferred over. He was SO patient, kind and knowledgeable, it made my purchase/experience so very pleasant.
When I went in a couple days later because my talk to text wasn't activated, I had Anne help me. Anne was very kind, polite and she made sure to get it working for me.
I have been a Cricket customer for a long time. My cell phone service has always been good, the price is right and the customer service is EXCELLENT. If you are looking for a new carrier or a new phone, I would HIGHLY recommend the Blaine location off of HWY 10.

“Only reason this place even gets 4 stars, is for Abe. He worked wonders for us. We came in yesterday and had the worst experience with a different worker, didn't even get his name. He sat there and watched Netflix, and was vaping in front of us. Didn't give us any information, sold us a phone, didn't give us an Esim or a phone number or even how much the plan would cost monthly. Came in today, and Abe helped us figure everything out. He answered all of our questions, and even gave us free accessories to accommodate our troubles the day before. Abe needs a raise, and Metro needs to fire whoever closed the store last night. He was the worst experience I've ever had.”

Even when I had technical issues porting my numbers from AT&T they went over the top to help me. Then when I had problems with using too much data from my phone as a mobile hotspot they helped with a solution that I didn't expect and was better than I could have hoped for. “Dang I stopped in this Target for some bevs and whatnot and was pleasantly surprised to find that their remodel of this location was almost complete, and they had flavors of healthy snacks I had never even seen before. Perfectly merchandised, zoned to plano standards and even though it wasnt a full target grocery experience, I still enjoyed every moment of it. I checked my self out and the cute sco attendant checked me out too, so it was win-win. I'll probably be back on a lark to creep around the aisles and whatnot, but only if im feeling repugnant.
