“I was sold a 18' pool with deluxe package. The filter was a Sequel I, you think that would have been upgraded when purchasing the deluxe package. I have had hoses pop off the equipment about 6 times now, 5 of them were at the heater. I even tried to replace the rubber flexible couplers. After a few weeks I found the problem. The kid used reducers on every hookup. They ran 1.5" flex pipe to 1.5 to 1.25 couplers. When I removed the one at the heater, I found a PVC reducer going down to 1". When I called the store and told them this might be the problem, I assumed someone would come out and fix it. No one called or came out to fix it. I ended up removing the reducer and plumbed in a 1.5" connector, Everything has been fine since.The people in the store are great, but the pool package is way to high for what you get.”

Quite a lot has changed in the 30 years since I was a member of the Sleep Number team.The Blaine superstore was a revelation. “I will give Borofka's Furniture a 5 out of 5 review!! I, on a whim, stopped in at the Minnetonka store last July to check out couches .I was met by a cordial, knowledgeable sales lady who answered all of my questions and concerns and was able to direct me to a piece of furniture that would meet these concerns. She did make a visit to my home (no charge!!) to look at the space and colors of the room and furniture that this new couch and chair would be coordinating with. . She returned to the store and a few days later had a selection of color coordinated fabrics for me to choose from (having taken with her swatches of my present furniture pieces in the room). I decided on a financing option that I felt would fit my budget. I was well aware having been told that this furniture most likely would not be available until February or March of 2022 due to the shipping problems our country is experiencing at this time. I later returned to the store to relook at my previous financing option and was helped by the store Manager, *****, She was most helpful and I left that day having been put into a financing option that better fit my budget. ***** was personable and professional in her presentation, obviously had clear understanding of my requests and had a quick implementation into my present financing plan. I received several follow up phone calls from ***** reassuring me, and again offering to adjust our decision in any way to make it more satisfactory for me. I am giving ***** and ********* highest marks on customer satisfaction and quality ******************** (high warranty on this furniture!!) without hesitation or second thoughts. ***** was able to make personal adjustment requests to my order which will make my purchase even more satisfactory to me!! I am very satisfied with my purchase , writing this review with good thoughts (as furniture is not a small item purchase these days!!!) and am excited to have delivery when it is available to me. ************”

“My wife and I needed help selecting new smart phones and then getting them connected to our carrier. We stopped at the Target Coon Rapids store and met Jack who walked us through how to select the best new phone for our needs. He didn't have the model we wanted in stock, so he suggested we order it on-line and then he invited us back to help us get them connected and get our old phone data and apps transferred to the new phones. We took him up on his offer. Jack is a fountain of knowledge about cell phones and he got us up and running very quickly. We are Consumer Cellular customers, but I would recommend him for any phone company. It was a very easy and pleasant experience for us both. Definitely a 5 star experience.”

“If they never changed the layout of this store, it would have received 5 stars. I've never had issues at this store. I've always gotten in and out quickly (when I didn't get distracted lmao!!!). The cashiers are usually quiet but polite which I don't mind. Most of the time there is an employee or help button around which is nice. I also enjoy having self checkouts on both end of the store. The store is also always clean. If help is needed at the cash register, it can take a bit for the problem to be resolved in my experiences. Their coupon policy is amazing so be sure to download Cartwheel!! Also be sure to price check everything when you get home. Sometimes the prices vary on target.com- this target is excellent at price matching too! Drive up: I've used drive up once at this target and I fell in love!! Before I could even turn my car off, an employee was at my car. It literally scared me! She put the items directly into my car too. Pick Up/Customer Service: The lines can often be long but once up there, it's done quickly. I was once overcharged 200 for a camera because a deal didn't make it in the system. They fixed it on my end and also quickly fixed it on there's. Pick up is very convenient here and makes it so I don't over spend!”
