“Fixed my "explody" battery on my phone.Cost $100 for battery replacement.Back in the day, it cost me 10 bucks for a new battery for a smart phone back when phones had removable back covers. Times have changed unfortunately, the idea of actually owning and having control over your tech is long gone..Laws:Big tech, in particular, has been very aggressive on pushing bills that hurt everyday Americans.The five major rights of consumers: safety, information, choice, voice, and redress.Always support right to repair bills and oppose any bill that gives tech companies more control over the things you purchase and use. “We've been T-Mobile customers since 2007. We were talked into xfinity mobile for a few months. Big mistake it was terrible. We switched back to T-Mobile and got some great deals on new phones. There was a few hiccups in the billing, and corprate cusomer service was unable to sort it out. But after contacting the Lino Lakes store, Lexi was super helpful and quick to get things set right. Thank you, we will be sure to come into the store with any other needs.”

She was friendly and polite. It was obvious that she enjoys her job, and wasn't annoyed with my not knowing what to do. She made sure I got a replacement through the warranty on the phone!! Several times I had to go back and she was WONDERFUL!! IF You're going to buy a Cricket phone and you need to have your Cricket phone looked at or have questions go to this Cricket Store in Coon Rapids, located by the Walmart Store!! “My wife and I needed help selecting new smart phones and then getting them connected to our carrier. We stopped at the Target Coon Rapids store and met Jack who walked us through how to select the best new phone for our needs. He didn't have the model we wanted in stock, so he suggested we order it on-line and then he invited us back to help us get them connected and get our old phone data and apps transferred to the new phones. We took him up on his offer. Jack is a fountain of knowledge about cell phones and he got us up and running very quickly. We are Consumer Cellular customers, but I would recommend him for any phone company. It was a very easy and pleasant experience for us both. Definitely a 5 star experience.”

“Sam's was great, but, as always, too much to look at, which distracts from any list! ? The handicapped parking on the side by the carts is easier to get to than any of the handicapped spaces in the main lot. It was getting packed when we were checking out, so the lines were pretty long; but, don't know if more cashiers would help, because self-check out lines were also kind of long.”

“If they never changed the layout of this store, it would have received 5 stars. I've never had issues at this store. I've always gotten in and out quickly (when I didn't get distracted lmao!!!). The cashiers are usually quiet but polite which I don't mind. Most of the time there is an employee or help button around which is nice. I also enjoy having self checkouts on both end of the store. The store is also always clean. If help is needed at the cash register, it can take a bit for the problem to be resolved in my experiences. Their coupon policy is amazing so be sure to download Cartwheel!! Also be sure to price check everything when you get home. Sometimes the prices vary on target.com- this target is excellent at price matching too! Drive up: I've used drive up once at this target and I fell in love!! Before I could even turn my car off, an employee was at my car. It literally scared me! She put the items directly into my car too. Pick Up/Customer Service: The lines can often be long but once up there, it's done quickly. I was once overcharged 200 for a camera because a deal didn't make it in the system. They fixed it on my end and also quickly fixed it on there's. Pick up is very convenient here and makes it so I don't over spend!”
