“We went to this location, and had a great experience. We were immediately greeted by Craig. We told him exactly what we were looking for and what price range worked best for us. Craig immediately took us to review mattresses that were in our price range and comfortable. Craig offered multiple options and was very friendly. Craig answered multiple questions and information about the mattresses and frames offering us a great deal with a mattress and frame duo. Craig helped us and guided us with financing. This location gave us a great experience as well as the salesman. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mattress and for a great deal.”

“Suzi at the Fridley store was absolutely amazing. I walked in with a budget and I told her what it was and I can’t imagine she made very much off of if anything. Even with that she spent over an hour with me calling different stores trying to get me the best bed I could fit in my budget. She had mentioned I believe she started in October and I can’t believe how much knowledge she knew about the whole store and all the pieces in it. I was there with my mom who was possibly looking for a couch and my mom never has a shortage of questions. Lol. Suzi answered them all like she was reading from a script, only she had it memorized. Another amazing thing I noticed between selling me the bed and looking all over the state and calling different stores she was basically making sales for other employees over her ear piece(walkie talkie) not only was my mom and myself asking her all these questions she was answering questions for other employees. The stuff she knew off hand was incredible. I swear she must study this stuff at night. I honestly think some of these employees that sold big items and got credit for it owe Suzi at the very least the best thank you you could think of, at the most part of the commission. Suzi basically made the sale for them by just answering everything the other employees didn’t know. She did all this without making me feel like she took any focus off me or my needs. If you go to the furniture Mart in Fridley/Northtown ask for Suzi she is incredibly knowledgeable, won’t try to take advantage of you and is so kind. She will go the extra 1,2 or 3 miles for you. I wish she was my sales person for any time I by anything. Remember ask for Suzi she is the Best!!”

“I was sold a 18' pool with deluxe package. The filter was a Sequel I, you think that would have been upgraded when purchasing the deluxe package. I have had hoses pop off the equipment about 6 times now, 5 of them were at the heater. I even tried to replace the rubber flexible couplers. After a few weeks I found the problem. The kid used reducers on every hookup. They ran 1.5" flex pipe to 1.5 to 1.25 couplers. When I removed the one at the heater, I found a PVC reducer going down to 1". When I called the store and told them this might be the problem, I assumed someone would come out and fix it. No one called or came out to fix it. I ended up removing the reducer and plumbed in a 1.5" connector, Everything has been fine since.The people in the store are great, but the pool package is way to high for what you get.”
