“The place is clean. Staff are great. The hours of operation need to be modified. We just drove a half hour one way because it says they are open till 8 but the staff said they actually close the self clean at 7 but the shopping area closes at 8. Waste of a drive, time, and gas. Very frustrating.”
“I purchased four Blue Acara Cichlids on my first visit. The guys working were friendly and knew what they were talking about. As others have stated, there are no refunds but I was told that they quarantine all of their fish before they are available for purchase. All four of mine look healthy after a month in the aquarium. I will definitely be back again.”

“We come here for the self service grooming rooms! $15/half hour is enough time to get a good wash and dry in. The store is kept clean and they offer a wide variety of food and pet supplies. The staff are helpful and friendly and they offer a frequent buyer program. I got $3 bucks off my wash today which was nice.Ellie gets pretty dramatic after her baths as you can see.”

“This is just upon a initial consultation with our near 1yo AmStaff:They were kind, forthcoming with all information. They were direct without any indignation towards us or our pet. They also kept themselves extremely professional throughout the roughly 15min we were there going over options and brief assessments.They have payment options, from what it seems, and I could not see us going elsewhere to help give our pup the best to help him become a better best friend!”

“I go to this petsmart frequently. They always have some type of sale running, which does cause some of the items i purchase regularly to be out of stock by the time i get there. It's most common on dog treats.
I enjoy the number of selections there are at this store compared to other pet stores.
I do wish the registers weren't so close together. Sometimes, it can be difficult to exit with other customer carts being in the way.”
