“I have a 13 year old Aussie that loves her Rah Raw. Before we switched she would go days without eating. Now, she is always ready for her great food!! Nothing better than seeing your Aussie wagging her little nub tail. We also have battled ear infections with her since we rescued her over 11 years ago. Those issues have left and it is a wonderful feeling knowing she isn't having those issues. Thanks for the great product Max, wish I would have found you guys sooner!”

“Bob is amazing. He has a huge assortment of bird feeders and seed mixtures for birds you wish to attract. Prices are fair and his customer service is excellent he is a veratible encyclopedia of avian knowledge. The road to get to his store is not for the faint of heart - single lane twisty gravel path for about a mile. It can be done in a regular passenger car but don't take a large RV down there!”

“I love the detangler! I originally got it for my horses manes/tails. It does not leave a greasy residue, but it keeps it looking clean and not dried out. I can brush them with ease and it lasts in their hair for over a week. My mare has very thick dry course hair, so this product is the best! It also works on human hair. My daughter has curly hair that frizzs during the day. This product allows me to ouchless brushing to get the tangles out and leave it residue free and smooth all day. This is also the only product I can use on my straight hair. Again, no greasy residue. I can brush my wet heavy long hair without pullying. Once dry from window hair (leave car windows down to dry) it only takes 3 brush strokes to brush the very messed twisted tangles out.”

“We come here for the self service grooming rooms! $15/half hour is enough time to get a good wash and dry in. The store is kept clean and they offer a wide variety of food and pet supplies. The staff are helpful and friendly and they offer a frequent buyer program. I got $3 bucks off my wash today which was nice.Ellie gets pretty dramatic after her baths as you can see.”

“Price is pretty high. First time pet owner. Went with my friend just for fun to see the cute puppies. Never planned on buying one. But fell in love with one and couldn't say no. I know pet stores aren't ideal and would prefer to go to animal rescue. But when you know you know and I knew this little guy was meant for me. Friendly staff and decently knowledgable of the breeds there. Answered all my questions and was thorough with details about health and advice.”

“I find myself stopping into PSP more and more often. Why? First, it's conveniently located, making it easy for planned or unplanned pop-in visits to make the fur babies happy. Second, and most importantly, the knowledgeable and friendly staff. For example, my most recent visit was for the Buy 3, get 1 Free deal on treats. I was greeted when I walked in and asked if I needed help. I thought I knew what I wanted, so I went to the dog treat aisle and picked out the doggies treats. Given the deal, I started looking around and was approached by another associate who asked if I needed help. I couldn't recall the name brand, but I described the bag. She, without a delay, was able to pick out the treat based on description alone!! And it was a specialty brand, not a "famous" big name!! Mind blown! Great people, great prices and selection. That's why I keep coming back.”

I’m also a rewards member with PetSmart which I do recommend to anyone who is a frequent shopper and seeing their discounts provided are universal at any store. She connects to each one, and caters to all their personalities to enhance the dogs experience and learning.
