“What a great way to give back, to serve and volunteer. You're literally feeding starving children across the globe. It's well run and doesn't take a lot of your time.”

“Saturday Dec 10th, 2023 Their daily meal special Hot Turkey was the best! Had not played Bingo there in a while and was very disappointed in that they now have a computer instead of Bingo Balls.....just not the same and will not go back.”

“I recently visited the Creative Flow Art Center in Fridley, it honestly left such a great impression. The space feels welcoming and full of good energy — you can tell they care about art, accessibility, and community. They offer classes, exhibits, and opportunities for artists of all levels, and there’s a genuine sense that they want everyone to feel included. The place has a cozy, creative vibe, and you can tell it’s just getting started with lots of potential to grow.

It’s exciting to see a new art hub like this pop up in Fridley. The staff and volunteers are friendly, the gallery area is inspiring, and the whole atmosphere makes you want to pick up a brush or get involved somehow. The Creative Flow Art Center is a real cornerstone for local artists and anyone who wants to reconnect with their creative side.”

“The Minnesota Youth 7on7 Passing League (my7on7) is a fun, competitive, non-contact way to play football. It is an all passing, played on a 50-yard field, and allows scoring both on offense and defense. Passing and catching take a great deal of practice to master. Participating on a 7on7 league offers athletes an exceptional, competitive way to hone their skills. Four age groups separate the league equally. Division I (7th & 8th grade) Division II (5th & 6th grade) Division III (3rd & 4th grade) NEW! Division IV (Kindergarten - 2nd grade) The Passing League will run successfully with a minimum of 4 teams per division, and registration will close with a maximum of 8 teams per division. Each roster will be complete at around 10-12 players. All games will be held on Sundays 1PM-8:30PM, at the East Ridge High School Stadium (Raptor's Nest). The season is 8 weeks long and will start on April 3rd 2016, and end on May 22nd 2016. (Bad weather exception: Indoor games will be held at the Bielenberg Sports Complex house) To properly plan the logistics of this league we will need all participants interested to register individually ASAP. Registration deadline is March 11th, and players/parents/coaches meeting will follow mid-March. New my7on7 uniforms will be handed out at this time. League cost to participate ($86). Registration links are above! For all questions: email [email protected] Help build awareness by following the league on Twitter: @my7on7, Instagram: @my7on7, and using the hash tag #my7on7.”
