“Our sales associate, Mercy, was a huge help. She showed us all the various recliners that we were interested in, even going so far as to demonstrate how to adjust recline tension. She was patient with us as we took time to make a decision between fabric or leather. She was very personable and seemed happy to help us.”

“Great customer service!
Alex Kovelan knew my name when I first enter the mattress section. He said “Drew what brought you in today” Or something like that. I said I need a good bed because my back’s hurting.
He said he knows how to handle back pain really well, so he recommended a great mattress from Nectar.
We were in the bed together and even for those short minutes, it felt like a lifetime of pure bliss.
Me and my partner ended up purchasing the mattress and without his help, we would not have discovered the need of another body in our bed for perspective.
10/10 service plus one for being a charismatic and overall a welcoming person.”

“I wanted something very special for a friend's funeral... Cindy in Fridley was so amazing, helpful past fresh flowers nor a basket I did not want. We went with a large wooden lateran, battery candle and fresh babies breath. Cindy sent me a picture of the end result. Within your corporation, please do your best!

“Good selection and really good prices. The sales associates run on commission so be prepared to have someone approach you early and follow up with you while you are there.”
“Quality of the flooring we received was great. The frustrating part was waiting for the product for 3 weeks to arrive but when it finally got here, we realized the sales person who helped us did the math wrong and did not order enough flooring so now we have to wait another 3 weeks just for one extra box of flooring.
Update: A manager contacted us to help expedite the process and also gave us a refund for the last box we ordered. Also to add that every box of flooring we received was in immaculate shape. We’ve looked at other big box stores and there were so many damaged ones per box that it would be time consuming to overbuy and then return the bad ones later. Coming here I’d recommend to make sure you ask the associate for how much square foot comes in a box and double check the math yourself just because it takes a few weeks for the flooring to arrive.”
“UB Hardwoods helped us so much after water damage. They were able to let us know exactly what to do and what products were right for our basement and countertops.”
“I had this store on my mind to visit for a long time and finally made it in for the first time today. It was busy and a little overwhelming with options. Luckily, I was able to pick out an option that my family was happy with. We have never been to a store like this and didn’t have much confidence in how things worked. The staff lady knew all the answers but was to the point and because our fabric wasn’t 5 yards, didn’t want to support above and beyond because we had no idea what we needed to measure. I have two young kids and had a time limit and was struggling to the point where my wife said let’s leave because we were struggling to measure and cut. Sounds like simple math, yes, but what would have taken a staff member a few minutes was taking us too long for us with our low confidence. To the point where my wife put the fabric away and walked out the door.
Luckily, I ran into Scott and expressed our experience and asked for support. He showed empathy, willingness to educate me on how things worked and aligned it with my home project needs. He even cut the fabric after confirming our needs. Thanks Scott for turning our experience around and into a 5 star.”
“I have been working with Artistic Draperies for more than 20 years. Their knowledge and workmanship are impeccable. They've done all my window coverings and some reupholstering. Recently they reupholstered my living room furniture. Jim and Nicole were great. Nicole has a better eye for color than I. She helped me pick out the exact color I wanted. They were patient with my questions, ideas and requests. They advised me of the results of my requests. I followed their advice and am glad I did. I now have a beautiful living room I'll enjoy for years. Thank you Artistic Draperies!!”

“I went into this store 6/3. I had a great experience. An associate named Auriella was very helpful in helping me decide on a comforter. She gave useful insight and had a conversation with me without me feeling rushed. She was a wonderful young lady!”

“I just have to give a huge shoutout to Dollar Tree for carrying the greatest product of all time: the Tire Flechetti. I never thought I’d walk into a store for snacks and cleaning supplies and walk out with something this legendary.
Not only is Dollar Tree already amazing because everything is affordable and the store always has something random and fun, but finding Tire Flechetti there was the highlight of my week. Honestly, it’s the kind of product you didn’t even know you needed until you see it on the shelf. Absolute game changer.
The store was clean, the staff were friendly, and the selection was great as always. But Tire Flechetti alone deserves five stars. If you haven’t been to Dollar Tree lately, go check it out—you might just discover the best thing ever too.”
