“Extremely pleased with Mach 5. I've been in sales 15 years and this is one of the better customer service experiences I've had. Lee was very courteous and responsive throughout my 48 hours of buying a Highlander. He responded to my inquiries every time in a timely manner. I even took it to a local shop that did their own test drive and inspection which the dealer allowed. These guys have nothing to hide if they are willing to do that I feel.I see some other people had some bad experiences. Maybe they are learning from the reviews.I'd also say if you are going to buy as is you should do your research. I ran the VIN on several independent sites to verify the car's history and status, and brought it into Jack's, a local shop for a lookover before buying the car. Don't buy an as is car without doing research and then complain.I feel my experience goes to show a magic rule - treat others how you want to be treated. I was polite and professional throughout and received the same in response. We are very happy with the deal, car, and customer service from Lee. Highly recommend for anyone willing to take the time and research to buy an as is car.”

This was an enormous relief after a recent experience at another location where they seemed like they were trying not to help me. I had an issue with a tire and Grant asked questions in an attempt to get an understanding of the cause. “Always friendly, explain honesty the real issue with my truck. Staff flushed twice the transmission fluid and my f150 is running smoothly. Beside flushing tge transmission, they check other issues that the car might have in the future and made honest recommendations. All the services in Both of my trucks are done by them and they never disappoint me. Definitely recommend them for any vehicles services. “You can naturally heard and feel honest people, the moment they speak. Finding the right mechanic/or auto mechanic shops is like a lottery game, keep trying, no judging or stereo typing, because it starts with you. You become a victim of your own character, if you judge and stereo type, keep an open mind until the end and make your judgement. These guys are really good and very honest. I knew my problem but pretended. My alignment were off and something like outer wheel, was worn out or lose, I cant think of it, I am not a mechanic. Anyway, my brother is a mechanic but don't work as one. He diagnosed, and told me the problem and estimated the cost.. Exactly the same problems these guys saw and the price the same amount my brother told me, in fact, a little less. The first place I went they told the same problem but added that my sway bar links wasn't good! WHAT! I had just replaced the sway bar link, a month ago at MIDAS in St. Louis Park, plus it has warranty. I did not even argue with them, I just toke my key and said I will be back, I have to get the money. I searched for alignment shops near me, and goodyear came up in Maple Grove. Made an appointment, and to cut shorts after they told me the problem and cost, I asked if it was the sway bar links. The gentleman was like no, absolutely not. WOW! They also gave me a ride home, to be pick back up when done. If you are looking for honest mechanic shop, I recommend this place. DeVanty , the mechanic that dropped me off is so cool. The front desk that toke me in, is very honest. Just what I thought about him, DeVanty said the man in the front you met is very honest, I did not even asked him to tell me anything. BEST PLACE,”
