“I love the effort that this store puts into taking care of the customers. The staff is by far the friendliest in the twin cities area. And each time I go here they always go above and beyond to take care of my needs. I love verizon, and will be a life long customer”
“We were there just after Christmas to trade in phones and get a sync up watch paired from Santa. After spending HOURS on the phone with customer service they recommended we go in. We worked with Isaiah (Zay) and he was incredibly helpful. We were there in less than an hour. He was able to confirm and solidify our plan package and was able to hold customer service accountable for the rate of our plan that they were disputing. Isaiah’s level of professionalism and expertise were unmatched. This was by far the most positive experience we’ve experienced with TMobile.”
“My family had a great experience at this location. The staff truly goes above and beyond for their customers. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and helpful, taking the time to make sure nothing felt rushed. It’s clear they really care about providing excellent service.”

“My phone was unable to charge. Battery would not recharge. Purchased another phone but was unable to retrieve data from old phone and had not saved any info in the cloud. An amazing tech at this store, Jean Jacques, for 5 hours, in between helping others, attempted in so many ways to recover the data. And yes he succeeded! He was pleasant and professional. That man deserves a raise!”
