The home internet works better with no dropping in Lakeville. Ready to switch from ATT too because I’ve had too many issues with them over the years and the bundling thru Verizon is so much more economical. I will have better service in Lakeville as well if I do because ATT doesn’t work in the middle of Lakeville.”

“For over a year I have tried to get help with my phone. I went to two different locations in Apple Valley at least 2-3x each and got nowhere. I wasn't able to receive calls. It kept going straight to voicemail. I finally went in and said I wasn't leaving until this situation was fixed!! They told me that I needed to go over to the Burnsville location because it was a corporate store. Well when I arrived they said that there was no reason why they couldn't figure it out. To cut a long story short. I without a doubt stumped everyone with my situation. But the guy that helped me for over two hours had the best attitude about the entire situation. Not only did he figure out my situation with not receiving calls, but he also caught a big billing issue that was affecting my credit and he started the process with the department that handled this situation and by the time I got home I rcvd a call saying that the situation was taken care of. He was very helpful and easy to talk to. I believe his name was Brenden? Sorry if that was incorrect, it's been a long day. It might be a little further to drive, but it's worth it. I will most definitely recommend this store to my friends that have AT&T!!”

I left and went to the Bloomington location and Absolutely love this store I came in with an issue about my son phone and the young men’s on site went out the way to help me resolve this issue some of the things I didn’t even know I could do on my iPhone they help me understand also went out the way to help me download the app on my phone so I can pay my phone bill when I say I have not been inside a phone store with so much respect I truly appreciate each one of the guys here!
