We worked with Isaiah (Zay) and he was incredibly helpful. We were there in less than an hour. He was able to confirm and solidify our plan package and was able to hold customer service accountable for the rate of our plan that they were disputing. Isaiah’s level of professionalism and expertise were unmatched. This was by far the most positive experience we’ve experienced with TMobile.”
